Great service!

Their salad bar was well-stocked with a great variety of foods. I got the Crispy Chicken Club sandwich. First time having it and it was juicy and delicious

This was our first time visiting this restaurant being that we are new in town. The place was clean and cozy. Our server Darlene was polite and made my wife and me feel comfortable. The food was delicious and fresh. I downloaded the app and got a free dessert. Its was tasty. Nice place to visit.

Ashley was my server, and she was just about the most personable, charming waitress I’ve ever had. The food came out looking terrific, and tasting even better. A five star experience for sure I will be back

My first time visiting this location and I am super impressed. Staff are super friendly and very interactive with customers. Food was good, environment was clean and spacious. Only negative is they don't have honey for my grits. Highly recommend this location.

Food was ok, and the atmosphere is exactly what you would expect. What took it over the top was Safia - she deserves a raise for her smile and general attitude. We need more young folks like her!

Let me start by saying the Manager Liz is why this review is a 5 star. Our server was horrible, obviously wanted us to leave so she could go home. The other servers stepped up and upon hearing our complaint Liz went above and beyond. We will be back, Thank you Liz for making our experience enjoy

Okay dude straight up this was my first time at Frisch's and incase not disappointed! The food was delicious, the service was great and the restaurant was clean. I really enjoyed it and I can't wait to come back!

The breakfast buffet is the best damn thing ever, everyones polite and the staff goes above and beyond. Nobodies loud, and in general, it's an amazing way to start the day. Awesome food quality for the price.

There's an older lady who works there, and she's absolutely wonderful and always puts a smile on our faces. Everything is hot and clean, and there's never any cross-contamination with the food. Truly, if you want to get full, you need to come here. It's like waffle house but with actual quality food and instant seating. (Really, how the hell does it take 30 minutes to seat two people? Step up your game Waffle House.)

Frisch’s is always a family favorite for my household. Many years ago I worked at the Frisch’s on 23 prior to its closing as a waitress & its always been like family for me. Recently, I ordered Frisch’s with DoorDash delivery close to closing for my little boy who had skipped dinner due to his food aversions. It was his favorite meal, but sometimes, he just won’t eat no matter how hard he tries. He went to bed and woke up around 9:15p asking for a warm meal. I immediately thought of Frisch’s and ordered right away, thankful they were still open. The driver of course forgot half my order (Order # 3335411). The DoorDash app wasn’t working, which I had reported to them, so I had to order directly from Frisch’s website. Unfortunately, recently my car broke down, and ordering online has been a life saver for many things until I can get it fixed. When I realized the order wasn’t all there, I called DoorDash, but because I ordered directly from Frisch’s website, DoorDash claimed they were not the courier and refused to contact the driver or send a new one. By this time, the floor was closed to public, but Frisch’s drive-thru was still open for another hour and when I called, I was lucky enough to get the GM, Leah. She offered to stay until my order was picked up if DoorDash would send another driver. Unfortunately, since the merchant technically requests a driver when a customer orders through the merchant website, she did not have info on the delivery driver to contact them to request the driver come back for the portion they forgot. I called DoorDash back and again, they refused to send a driver, refund the order or do anything to remedy an issue that was clearly their fault. I called back Leah to inform her and she offered to refund me at the store, which isn’t possible due to my not having transportation. She also offered to mail a gift card for the amount, but I preferred a DoorDash credit so I could get my son something warm & quick to eat that same night. Leah then did something I’ve not often experienced in food service industry. She offered to bring me my order, free of charge once she was off the clock if I was okay with that. I accepted, feeling defeated and this seemed to console my little boy as well. When Leah arrived, I offered her cash for the gas and personal time she used to deliver me our order, but she politely declined and said she was more than grateful to ensure satisfactory customer service. Our food was still warm, our dessert was perfect and she went above and beyond giving us a second order that was left not picked up for delivery at closing as well as a gesture of good faith for the mishap. Frisch’s food will always be top tier for me, but the customer service at the Grove City, OH Frisch’s and their GM, Leah, hits above the mark. Thank you so much Leah for your time, consideration and service. 10/10!!

I was in the area and saw the nostalgic Big Boy Restaurant. I just had to stop. I still love it, and its been 47 years! My server was excellent, and the food was great. Thanks for the memories.

Elizabeth was great when picking up my order she double checked that everything was in the bag and was really kind

Just a reminder of my Mom's favorite place for a casual meal. Salad & Soup Bar was the deal and though some offerings not replenished, still enjoyed the Stop immensely.

There is a great new bar. The salad, soup, pasta, and dessert bar has a lot of great items on it that is hot and fresh.

Thank u for bringing the hoggie bun back for buddy boy and our server worked in drive thrue and was amazing

Cathy Oller is a STELLAR employee. Especially on Friday December 8th. Bar was exquisitely clean.
