Med Mart

Med Mart is a handy place to get those needed assistive devices as you age, or a surgical procedure. They have a wide range of things that you may need. My mother has shopped at Med Mart for years, and she is happy with all the people that work at Med Mart.

Today Thom came out to do a repair to my Mothers Pride Lift chair. Thom was courteous, fast and knowledgeable about the product. He was sure to clean the area he worked. Thom made sure all of my Mothers questions were answered and gave her great customer service.

Excellent customer focused staff: Jeni spent time to understand our needs and to make sure the lift chair was a good fit. She made us feel welcome and supported through the whole process. We will definitely go back for any medical supply purchase. Jeni is a tremendous customer service rep!

When I entered the store today, an extremely nice and enthusiastic store associate jumped up and asked me what I was looking for. After telling her, she took me straight over to the section of the store that I needed and helped me select the best, safest, and most reliable product. She couldn’t have been more helpful and kind! Having issues w another company getting a nebulizer for my husband who has COPD & pneumonia. After 2 days, tried MEDMART - explained situation & need & they were on it! Professional, priced well, kind & so helpful. In the future we will only use them! Thank you medmart

On Tuesday Oct. 10,2023 my wife and I entered your store to purchase a motrized wheelchair. We were greated by a wonderful sales person name Jeni Rivers. She was fantastic. She made us feel very comfortable, was knowledgable. Great attitude , smile and very pretty. It was great with her as we had fun too. Jeni explained everything about the wheelchair. She then tried to show how it folded down. Nothing worked and Jeni said guess read the instructions and we all laughed as my wife said, this is what my Husband usually does as a last resort. We then went to her computor to finish paper work and it to was a great experence with her. She explained everthing and we all had a great time. Jeni Rivers could sell glass of water to a diver drowning. I will recomend your business to all my friends and will return if anything else is required, but we will call ahead to verify Jeni Rivers is there. Thanks for everything you did for us Jeni Rivers.

Excellent service. Having trouble with my lift chair. Tried new hand control and still not working. Tom was able to come, evaluate the problem and determined was main unit. Replaced bad unit and had my chair operational in no time. He was a true professional.

Twice I came into your store and both times I was met by Tywana Houston with a smile on her face. I explained to her what I was looking for and how I wanted to use it and both times she pointed me in the right direction. She was kind, courteous and knowledgeable of the different scooters. She explained the ups and downs of each scooter based on what I was using it for. If she didn’t know the answer she was quick to find out and give you the correct information. The second time I came in I purchased the Pride go go Ultra Scooter. I have already used it and I am so pleased with it. Thank you Tywana for all you did for me and my wife in helping us select the best scooter for us. You are the epitome of what a salesperson should be like.

At the Kettering/Dayton store, Jeni patiently helped us find a lift chair for our mother-in-law to suit her petite size and budget.

Finding MedMart Kettering was like finding an oasis in the desert. I called first to ask if they had a rolling commode in stock, but they did not. The lady on the phone was helpful and courteous. I decided to make a trip to the store just to see if they had something that would work. I was able to find several things that will make life so much easier. Tywana helped me pick out the correct items and even had some suggestions for things that might help as well. The diabetic foot lotion they sell worked miracles on my FILs feet. They look amazing. No more parmesan cheese feet for him. The staff were kind and encouraging as well. I will be back for any future needs. Thank you!
