Dot's Market

Some of the nicest meats in Dayton--their cases at the back of the store. I like that if I need something I don't have to park in Timbucktu and then roam all over the store, like the big box stores. I can go in and find what I need in record time. Dot's is all the wonderful things about a neighborhood grocery. They have a wide array of products and the meat cases are filled with beautiful cuts of meat, they'll even custom wrap it or cut it for you. Great fried chicken in their ready-to-go area.

The dots market on Patterson road is the one I usually go to. My opinion they have the best meat selection in the area. It isn't the top of the line selection but for basics it's perfect. The prices are usually much less than at Kroger's or meijer's in my opinion. Plus there's a larger selection of meats that you can get. If you're looking for a great pork steak, I would recommend shopping here because they are amazing on the grill or on the stove top. You're looking to buy groceries. They don't have a huge selection but they have the basics for what you're looking for. This is certainly not a place to go to if you're looking for a specialty item.

Great place to get meat from. They've got some good bundles, great quality meat and when they have sales we stock up.

Dots is a fantastic grocery store Dependable old-time service they function by that their meat department is second to none have way more varieties of cuts of meat than any grocery store any other place different types oh chicken and pork and marinated chicken homemade sausage and cut bacon breakfast sausage meatloaf packages everything wrapped to order the way you wanted to be wrapped anything that you want can be got Within 48 hours and they always have tons of meat in stock they will never run out and they have some of the greatest deals and prices anywhere around their meat bundles are spectacular you can go in and get any meat package I Anyway You Want It packaged individually wrapped in butcher paper and labeled it's a fantastic spot I go there every year to get my meat for every holiday

Great meat counter. I requested a different cut than was shown and my request was quickly by the butcher in the back. Perfect tri-tip!

Reminds me of Marsh. The deli items are amazing, and especially the hot deli items. The food from the bull pen is delicious as well.

Reliable store with some of the best meats in Dayton!

I can say this place becomes your home market you always can find what you need people are so nice to provide service n I can't forget the bullpen food is awesome and for an accessible price. They have some killer burgers.

Everyone knows this place. I was looking for a wine. It was out of stock. "I'll get it for you tomorrow " was the reply. That's the level of customer care. A small hometown food store with an in house restaurant you must try.

Small but BEST meat in the county! The ONLY place to go. Great people and prices. Love our east end Dots!

It is such a cool store. They have so many different and local items that regular stores do not have. I highly recommend it. They are famous for their meat at the meat counter. They also have really good chicken salad.

A great little store. Better prices than the big stores and I found things I was looking for that weren't available elsewhere. And my mom loves the meat department.

This is a small market that specializes as a meat market. I have shopped there periodically, for over 40 years. Considering the competition in this field I love that they have been around so long, and still offer quality meats and have great sales!! I noticed a 1 star rating, in reviewing that person's other reviews, they are all 1 star? Perhaps that says more about the customer than the business? This business has many long term employees, and long term customers. That in itself says a lot!

Feels much like a Farmer's market. The meat and deli selection is always great! Highly recommend when you are weary of the big box grocery stores.

My very first experience going to Dot's Market. What a great family owned grocery store. Their meats & deli have a wide array of choices, very good prices & their chicken salad & seafood salad are so good & not full of preservatives like the big grocery stores! Shop local when you can!
