Dr. Donepudi is the best doctor I have ever had. I have had multiple different health problems but every time she is right on! She is very knowledgeable and is fast at giving you the right diagnosis while so many other doctors have given me scary diagnosis and would make me do unnecessary testing that would just be more costly and stressful. If you want a straight answer, consult this doctor.

I have been using Dr Donepudi for over 2vyears she is always polite , and explains what is happening and going on with my health care. I never have to wait longer than a few minutes the staff are kind and considerate. I have moved to Kentucky but still retain her as my doctor.

Nice receptionist and provider.. New to area and needed to get a pcp and referrals. Doctor answered my questions. Also provided me with helpful instructions. Walk ins for labs and open on some Saturdays for appointments

The receptionists were very nice, friendly & accommodating. Doctor was very friendly as well. It's a neat clinic.

I like her personally. But professionally she's left me hanging. I can't get my scripts refilled (even the non narcotic ones) most of the time. She tells me she referring me to things but never does the referrals. I'm sick n need a different antibiotic but never got a response when I called n requested it. Now I can't get an answer there's no after hours help at all. She seems to care but doesn't follow through.

This is worst place to choose for Medical Immigration. Dr is very unprofessional. They have an old system where you have to drop off paperwork. They dont provide the list of test required. When you go and submit one test result they requested for another one. We were not happy with the customer service. The team that the doctor has made a mistake on Hep B. It supposed to be on one person and the prescription had another person name and when I told her and she said okay I will change it if I had I not caught it then there will be wrong person taking the vaccine. Anyone will get an appointment the same day because no one goes there. I have a 2 yr son and he was playing on the waiting area and the doctor rudely asked him to shut up. She is very unprofessional. Plus the doctor asked Cash for immigration paperwork. I asked her to give my HSA(Health Spending Account) debit card, she said we will charge $50 extra to use the card. Never see any physician charging extra bucks to use HSA debit card. This clinic plays so many games with you. I wish i would have gone to trihealth for their immigration medical paperwork. So I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS DOCTOR TO ANYONE. Please stay away from her. DEFINITELY NOT A FRIENDLY ENVIRONMENT.

Have had her as a physician for several years now. And I like her personally, but her office staff is a nightmare.

They can't bill insurance companies correctly, never return phone calls, and are rude!

Called over a week ago to make an appointment and had to leave a message to make an appointment. NO call back! Can't get through to speak to a person. This is unacceptable! And this isn't the first time I've had this issue.

Worst clinic I ever went to. The girl working there was nice and friendly but didn’t know a thing. And the doctor was extremely rude, she didn’t want to answer any of our questions, and was really rude when we asked her about the price of anything. Even the clinic wasn’t really clean.

waste clinic.. god knows why I visited this clinic.. folks.. please avoid this dirty clinic, useless staffs, only concerned about money... dont know how they are able to run this clinic ..if there is any inspection done.

It was my mistake when I read the review and I went their !!! They told us a price on the phone totally different that what we paid from 250 it’s jumped to 650 be AWARE their are very BAD after you finish the test the surprise it’s waiting you plus it’s not nice place cheap and dirty BE AWARE !!!!!
