San Moritz Apartments

Just moved in a month ago and my boyfriend and I definitely love it here. Our maintenance concerns were addressed so fast and anytime we have questions for the office staff, everyone is so kind and accommodating. Pool is clean and great for those hot summer days. Balconies are big and some have mountain views which was a main reason we moved here. Keep up the amazing job, San Moritz!

I love love love my new place!! The staff is top notch!! Very friendly and communicative. The apartments are beautiful and my apartment was perfect for move in. I couldn’t be happier. San Moritz is a great place and they are very lucky to have the staff they have. Special thanks to Nicole, Niki, Katy and Paige. I appreciate alll the communication and help with my move. It made it so much easier for the transition. Special thanks to the maintenance team as well for getting my apartment ready. 😊

Oh My Goodness. My husband and I moved in over the weekend, we turned in our inspection sheet Saturday and within hours, maintenance was knocking on the door to fix the small things we requested. After living in the place for a few days, we noticed a few more minor repairs that needed to be completed, called in to office and once again, within hours maintenance was knocking at the door! We have never been responded to with this urgency and are beyond ecstatic about moving into San Moritz! The office staff is to pleasant to work with. We were in the process of selling our townhome and going back to renting, so our move in dates changed a few times and the patience and understanding we were shown was top notch. Thank you Nicole, Paige and Nicki!!! Y’all are seriously the best.

Our maintenance men did a great job fixing our water pressure and fixing the hole where our towel rack goes. A much better experience than last time!! We had a maintenance guy who came awhile back (I think his name was Nate?) to fix a slightly wobbly towel rack. He took out part of the wall trying to fix it and then wasn’t able to patch it up properly afterwards. He left us with a much worse problem than we started with. Both these guys came and fixed his mistakes.

Gorgeous apartment tour! Paige was the best part. She was extremely helpful and had such amazing positive sweet energy. We absolutely adored her and the complex!

San Moritz is one of my favorite places I've ever lived! Nikki and the rest of the office staff are incredibly helpful and kind, and the maintenance staff are absolutely fantastic! The apartments are beautiful and the complex and grounds are kept up in beautiful condition. The clubhouse is located centrally in the complex so no matter what building you're in, its a pretty easy walk to get to the amenities. I lived in the 2x2B and it truly felt like a house instead of an apartment - the fireplace and balcony were my favorite part by far. It's in a safe neighborhood, with easy access to the freeway, and truly I can't say enough great things about this place!

The maintenance staff are absolutely fantastic always gets things done the same day. If not, they let you know it won’t be that day. Also, the leasing agents are incredibly helpful,, very friendly, and professional

Sage and Paige were professional and courteous and answered all my questions.

The office staff was very kind, and helpful during the application process, even if it turned out not meant to be. The apartment itself was very nice, and the gym and pool were incredible! Had we not had a family emergency come up that made things fall through, I would have been (and was) very excited to move in.

As a new tenant, I've had a very welcoming experience through the introduction to my new home. Thank you San Moritz Apartment management for helping me through the process.

Nikki Royle was absolutely AMAZING! She was so understanding of my situation and patient with me and made my experience wonderful! Highly recommend.

Office personnel were wonderful to work with, and the apartments are very nice compared to others in the area. Very reasonable prices too. Happy I moved here.

Service was excellent and very communicative. It's one of the nicest apartment complexes I've seen at a reasonable price.

I've had a lot of experience with people that were in charge of Maintenance and Facilities and I have never met a more capable honorable and dedicated person as Mike he not only Acts and performs as a gentleman but he accomplishes all that he sets out to do. We are very impressed with him and his staff and the fact that those people working with him honor and respect him means so much to those that are watching.

Mike is awesome guy, I had couple of things to get done and it was done yesterday before I got home. Just waiting for the fan to arrive thanks for taking care of issues.

The staff at the front desk helped me so much. I was in a bind where I needed to move in within a week and they showed me multiple places that were open and ready and she made sure I was approved before my desired move in date. Riky was a blessing to work with.

Maintenance crew is great, the dogs.. aka security crew.. approves! :)

I have found everyone to be extremely helpful. When you go in be sure to see if Hope is working. She lives up to Her name. Seriously appreciate all Hope has done for me every time I’ve gone in.

I have nothing but great things to say about our maintenance team! They are truly amazing! They get to requests in a timely manner even when I’m sure they are very busy.
