(m.) 'LOCAL MEDITERRANEAN GRILL' (Montebello Mall)

The local mediterranean grill is becoming one of my favorite places to eat. I always order the #19 bone rainbow trout. It’s always fresh and very delicious. The portions are large, and the salad is fresh. I highly recommend this healthy option. The price is a little high but worth every penny.

Delicious, good portions, tasty chicken and great tasting hummus. Fairly priced and cooked to order.

Espectacular

Perfect service. My food was out quickly. But the prices and the flavor killed it.
The presentation pulled me in. I was sceptical because everything is around $20. I ordered the koubide. It was the cheapest plate on the menu $15.95. The meat was fine but the sauce and the salad had no flavor. The pita wasn't that fresh either.
It's so hard to get a good meal these days.

I happened to find this place inside the mall. I ordered a chicken sandwich with side of salad.
This is a healthy wrap sandwich. Lots of veggies inside. The reason I give 3 stars is because I don’t like to eat cold meat of any kind. I prefer a hot wrap or plate. Sorry, but meat served cold there’s no way to enjoy its flavor.

La comida está muy sabrosa tiene un buen casón el cambio es mucho al sabor que tenía unos meces atrás .
Pero el motivo de las 3 estrellas. Es por que el servicio es de lo peor.
Empezando por las cajeras no tienen el conocimiento de lo que están vendiendo. Hay mucha diferencia. Cuando pides carne muñón y me dieron pollo. Intentamos hablar con la manager pero no avía más que un señor que no tiene nombre. A fuerzas querían dejarnos el pollo no querían cambiarnos la comida. Más el señor que no tenía nombre por qué no lo quiso dar. Nos dio un servicio tan pesado le dijimos que nos regresara el dinero y dijo que no nos regresaría el dinero hasta el día de mañana pero que tampoco la comida. Hasta que llego otra de las trabajadoras muy diferente al servicio más 1 hora más tarde pudimos obtener la orden que pedimos.

Yo recomiendo para poder evitar este tipo de problemas con los clientes. Deben de poner a que se aprendan todo el menú en práctica en la cosina preparando los platillos y luego pues ponerle el cargo de cajera. Y después entonces un cargo de supervisor

The place is inside the mall. Prices are decent, but taste is horrible and a water down version of the real thing.

If you are looking for a cheap price, this is your place. But if you are looking for authentic taste, this is not it.

I do not recommend this place at all.

The Falafel is not that good. Wasn't even wrapped properly also the cashier asked me twice if I wanted a salad or fries, I answered fries twice and I still received a salad. Not worth $17.20 🥲

I was passing through for work today(Jan 23rd 1pm) and decided to stop at the place for lunch. I placed my order, them watied almost 15 mins before approaching the counter to inquire about my order. The cashier informed me it would be another 4 mins. I returned to ask for napkins while i wait, the cashier immediately informed me that the wait was 15 mins and she wasn't sure if anyone told me that. I replied and notified her that that informed was not disclosure to me and that there would have been no way of me knowing this without beinf properly informed. There was no apology, instead just an arrogant rebuttal. The the cashier wore a black jacket and along with a black visor. Establishment need to do better with training staff on better customer service.

The two stars is solely based on the wait time.

I’m sure they can do better but waiting 15 minutes or more for a meal is too long especially being in the food court at the Montebello mall.

I ordered the #23 (Salad) and it took over 20 minutes to receive it. Does it really take that amount of time for a salad? Does it?

They need to improve delivery time 100%!

By the way I was the only one in line and last time I order from here.

This place has great food but Lorie the manager has really bad attitude n they took over 20min to have my #9 on their Menu ready

I was kind of forced to eat their food, be forewarned ordering a #16 could take anywhere from 15-20 mins. I asked to cancel moments after expectations were given, and was denied and was told they put the meat on the the grill already. My family already has their food and I'm sitting killing time on this review while I wait 15-20mins for my food...

Lost their touch.. no more flavor like before.. very disappointed...

Does not taste good!
