Only had a teaser of burnt ends at New Riff Distillery, but man are they fantastic! Falling apart, great flavor for the meat, and the sauce is a nice addition and would go well on probably anything. The pickles included are a tangy sweet and have a nice crisp to them as well. Would definitely have them cater an event I'd put on!

Large group client needed catering. I had met Jeffrey recently and confidently recommended Parts and Labor. The food was excellent and very well presented. The guests thoroughly enjoyed the food remarking that it was the very best meal they had during their 4 day trip to Northern Kentucky/Cincinnati.

Catered a corporate dinner I organized for 60 - food was very well received by guests, very enjoyable, was well presented (including information on allergens/vegetarian for those with dietary restrictions), and arrived hot with everything needed for service and dining. My company is already planning to use Parts and Labor for another event in a few weeks given our great experience. Easy to work with and able to deliver a great meal within our program budget within minimal effort on my part.

Parts & Labor have catered several of our company events/meetings and because there are dietary restrictions for a few of our members Jeffrey worked with us to makes sure these members were taken care of. The food has been wonderful and I would highly recommend them for any family or corporate event!

The food was delivered on time. It was hot. Everyone loved it. With short notice Jeffrey took care of feeding our party of forty two. Well done and we will use you again.

A friend and I each got different salads and they were delicious! One was a peach salad and the other had smoked trout. Yum! I think the menu changes so these may not always be on the menu, but I'm guessing any salad they make would be wonderful. My husband had the brisket sandwich. He is from Texas so I consider him a good judge of all things brisket and he said it was great. Excellent service, atmosphere and vibe. Definitely check it out.

I have eaten here a number of times. The smoked Brisket is delicious and I have also had other items that were all fresh and tasty. My personal favorite is the amazing 3 meat burger cooked in the smoker. The smoke gives it a taste as satisfying as a great steak. A special favorite of my friend group is the mac and cheese bites. My friend took the last slice of cheesecake home to share with her husband and said it was fantastic.

We used Parts & Labor and worked with Jeffrey for a team offsite lunch. The food was AMAZING everyone loved it. We had the order delivered it was prompt and setup was easy. Jeffrey recommended how much of everything we should order and was very helpful.

Service was very friendly and food was full of flavor and looked amazing! Quality and taste was better than most fine dining!

I had a brisket double smash burger with cheese at Urban Artifact. It was fantastic. The rigatoni and cheese was a great side.

Parts and Labor knocked it out of the park for our company lunch- of over 300 people. Food arrived on time, the lunch process was seamless and delicious!

I really wish that people would realize that the cost of food is rising at a rapid rate and that they're going to have to pay more at restaurants. Weaponizing reviews on small businesses STRUGGLING DURING A PANDEMIC WITH SO MUCH OUT OF THEIR CONTROL is beyond petty. Shame on all of you.
