My husband and I were talking about getting a new couch. Our salesperson Alex was amazing. He showed exactly what we were looking for and in our price range. Will definitely come back to get our Hightop Kitchen Table and Chairs in the near future. Thank you, Ashley Furniture.

Brenda helped us pick out the perfect couch. She took her time and was very friendly.. she was very patient why we tried out a lot of couches to find the right one for us. Excellent experience! Great prices too.

Had an excellent experience with salesperson “Mile.” He did an amazing job helping us find what we needed and getting us a great deal. He also was very understanding, and looked after both my wife and 7 month old’s happiness while we worked to find what we needed after a long day. We had already been to two furniture stores in the area, our baby was tired and starting to get fussy, and we’re so glad we stopped in. Mile made our visit and purchase excellent.

I purchased a bedroom set and a dining set from this store a few days ago. I'm giving Scott a five-star review because he was so great to work with. He gave me all the bells and whistles and deals and I saved a ton of money. I will revise my review when the furniture shows up. I hope it lasts a long time and stays as beautiful as it appears on the showroom floor.

Aleks was very patient as we had a color and design in mind and checked thru his online inventory for the correct measurements and best pricing. He walked with us as we did quite a few laps around the store, but also gave us moments here and there to talk privately about what we actually wanted to do regarding our purchase. In the end, we got the color and design we wanted and are eagerly awaiting our furniture delivery. Thanks !!

Andrew was an awesome sales rep at Ashley's furniture in Brooklyn, Oh. He was very nice and informative. He also gave us space to look around on our own. The store is very nice looking inside. They have a lot of nice pieces in there.

Amazing customer service and professionalism. Mile was our sales rep and he worked with us gave us space was not pushy an overall amazing representative of their company. I would definitely recommend this store and Mile to anybody! To top it all off when we got home, we realized we made a mistake and then with one phone call. He managed to help us fix it. Kudos to Nathaniel Rivera I came in today just being nosey and I was greeted and asked what I was looking for he listened and took me to the chaise couch and swivel chair I'd been wanting to look at. I was there several times figuring out which sofa I wanted to purchase. Andrew Cipollone was absolutely wonderful. His demeanor of not being pushy, and having insight on what we wanted was the reason he got the sale. From the beginning when I came myself and scoped out different sofas, to bringing my husband back and making the purchase was a great experience all around. So pleased with all of it. Continue hiring people like Andrew. He is a gem.

My husband and I have been searching for a mattress recently due to our current mattress being old and uncomfortable. Our sales woman, Tashieona (Tash) Taylor, was very patient, kind, and very knowledgeable regarding the different mattress brands and helped us to select a mattress that best suits our needs. The superb customer service and professionalism that she exuded truly made our mattress shopping experience enjoyable.

Measured the sofas looked at, answered all my questions yet was very patient with my indecision.

Let me just say Nathaniel is fantastic! I was in a hurry not expecting to find what I needed or wanted because I was being picky. I had a strict budget to stay under, I needed a dark color, needed coverage, delivery before November and HAD to be a comfortable queen sized sleeper sofa. This was my sixth store and I was ready to give up! Within 30 minutes I walked out with exactly what I needed and under my budget!! He was helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. The store is very clean, organized and all the staff said hello as they passed by making customers feel welcomed. I will be going back to the Brooklyn location again when I get more furniture.

Scott was very knowledgeable and patient. I was able to purchase everything that I wanted and made some adjustments due to his input and expertise. He made sure I got exactly what I wanted and stayed within my price range.
