Bank of America (with Drive-thru services)

Ashante and Jessica saved my day. I needed a notarization while they were closing in three minutes on a Saturday. They got this done for me and were fantastic. I can't thank them enough! 5 star customer service.

I've always had a positive experience at this Bank everyone inside has always been very very helpful I have zero complaints with the bank... I really like this location I prefer to go here over any other location and love the staff.

I like Christopher Furtado - financial center . He is very good job with his client .

The personal is great. But every other bank in the area is open much later. Closes way too early on fridays and Saturday's .

Everyone in the bank is extremely friendly and courteous, my only gripe is there usually are long lines but I think that’s due to COVID

One lady is working hard, the others include manager looking lady hanging around. This is not the expect from customer face business. They definitely need help for customer experience.

Very nice people but totally lacking sufficient staff. While I do not walk in to a bank often, it is still an option and during open hours they need to have more tellers available

Why is this place still here if they can’t help their clients ? I need a new debit card they can print a temp card just call the 1800 number.

I agree about the hours. That's nonsensical for a bank like BOA to close at 4pm on Friday. :-( So inconvenient.

I CALLED SEVERAL LOCATIONS AT 10:30 PM , COULD. NOT GET DIERECT CONNECTION.

Hi Sonia , just want let everyone know that u are a horrible manager, fake and u should stop being noisy in clients life .
I had a Bank of America Teller check , Sonia made my minutes in the bank a waist of my time.
I never see a real manage that cannot cash a check.
Very clear that you cannot do your job.
I am glad they have other branches and I don’t need to deal with you anymore.

This was my first time at this Bank of America but I have been with Bank of America for over 15yrs. I travel all over the USA due to my job and have visited many Bank of America branches and this is the most horrible experience with Bank of America I have experience in my 15yrs with this corporation. I waited in line for an hour just to deposit some checks. It was only one teller on a Friday and the line was sooooo long that it didn’t make sense. She had a long conversation with every Spanish person that was in line. The drive-thru got no attention and they waited so long that they drove off and came into the inside. The other works were just walking around looking and tried to offer no help at all. If this was my primary bank I would take all my money out and go else where. Bank of America either need to shut this place down or get new employees because they are going to lose a lot of business. Everybody in line was shaking their head and talking to each other saying “THIS DONT MAKE NO SENSE”

This bank takes at least 30 minutes to help you the line is insane and always under staffed. They also move super slow litterally makes me want to switch banks I try to avoid at all costs going inside because of the Horrible waiting Times. I’m not the type to write bad reviews but I haven’t had one good experience in a year of banking with them. Rock land trust is SO much better.
