August West Fireplaces

We recently purchased a glass fireplace insert. Our sales rep Gabe was great. We had a slight issue with the door alignment but they sent someone out quickly and took care of the issue and now it looks great. We use them all the time for our regular cleanings. Everyone is very professional. Highly recommend.

Curt Ludlow was fantastic from selecting our gas fireplace and electric fireplace.
He visited our house to communicate with the contractor regarding the framing of the fireplaces. His guys came out to install the fireplace and gas vent. Matt
did a great job installing both fireplaces. He carefully placed the logs, cleaned the glass and patiently showed us how to use the remotes. Both fireplaces look great! We can’t say enough regarding the constant communication throughout the process from initial framing to final installation!

The staff and owner the owner were spectacular. Knowledgeable and cared about what they were a doing. August West people wanted to make sure we were happy with the installation and how to properly use our new gas fireplace. You definitely can trust these people to follow through from beginning to end. Thank you to Curt, Paul, Evan and the rest of the staff.

Nothing but consistently good results using August West Chimney Cleaning Services. I've used them on numerous occasions over the years and have had only great results. Always on time, courteous and leave my home as clean as when they stepped in. Never had any forced upsell attempts. We do talk chimney caps periodically but I've yet to make that purchase. If you need anything chimney related, call and ask for Curt. He'll take care of you. Highly recommended.

I’ve been meaning to write a review for sometime. Last November I had an issue with my Lennox pellet stove. Although I did not purchase this unit from August West. They took the time to take a look at it, troubleshoot it, and eventually fix the problem. Their technicians Evan and Joe were very professional and curteous and took the time to fix it. I would highly recommend August West to anyone needing pellet stove repair.

My name is Rosemarie Lanchester. My propane gas stove been inoperative for over a year. I was hard-pressed to find a company who would service it. I am DELIGHTED with August West!!! The technician, Ray, was very knowledgeable and replaced the part that was broken..The cost was on point and I couldn't be happier!!! THANK YOU!!
