Yes absolutely correct they are a very officiant professional store where they show the customer is there most important part of there continued success. PEMBROKE STOP & SHOP is outstanding in there cleanliness and speed on check out.
All employees are always asking customers if they need help finding anything throughout the store.

The new layout of the store can be a little confusing, but overall works well. As always, they have excellent store made bakery products. And the quality of the produce has gone up dramatically. Well stocked, clean and has everything you need.

I have been utilizing your pick up service over the past months. I would like to acknowledge one of your employees in the Pick up group in Pembroke, MA Church street store. Her name is Victoria, she has exemplified the highest of ideals of customer service over a number of visits to pick up my order she has indicated “ I saw you wanted this which we did not have but thought you may like this? I mean who does that in these days and times. Her product knowledge continues to amaze me and he willingness to assist the customer. She demonstrates a high level of motivation to get the job done and done correctly , she depicts a high level of proficiency in every aspect of what meets or exceeds customer satisfaction . Wow, brand new remodel actual cashies on duty. Produce was fresh and plentiful. Cashiers were smiling. Well run store.

People are always helpful and the prices are reasonable.

I really like stop & shop it's my number one food market. When they get busy instantly add on another register person and the self-serve paying system is pretty good too it's rather large and I've used it often.

Omg. Such great folks at the deli area to help me. Clean supermarket too. One of the robot gray machines float around for issue but it goes slow. Excellent folks at check out.

My favorite grocery store! The best people, the best products, the best prices. Now, they send me digital coupons directly to my phone number which automatically get deducted from my grocery bill. Seriously, what more could someone want?

Love all stop and shops. I travel a lot. They have to best produce I've seen so far. Ther is only one stop shop in this family I'm still trying to get a hold on is the Alwife Brook park way. To small, not much of a variety. I guess you can say I'm spoiled..have a great day

Wife and I walked in Around 930 am 11-30-19 nice clean store well organized staff friendly and smiles only real con is the prices are much higher then other food shopping places I'll return for sales

Stop and Shop sells very tasty egg salad at their deli.

I mean, it's a stop and shop. It's clean and I like how it's set up. It's a decent size so they have a decent variety. The thing I like about it is they are open until 12am.

I save a lot of money on gas by shopping at S&S. The points add up fast. My entire family share a card; Mom, brother, step Dad we save quite a bit.

A wonderful store. GPatty at the help desk was very nice . I'm new to the area and have been looking for a store with all I like. Products, price niced, and very nice workers. I think I found my new store!😊

Employees from bottom of the latter to the top are very polite and hard working....extremely clean and thats my biggest worry these days!
