The people who work there are so kind to seniors !
A woman very patiently showed my friend , who has dementia, where to get petite clothes. ♥
The young man at the register treated her with respect even thought she was having a hard time understanding things! And I had to keep explaining things to her. He was a wonderful person!

My 30% had already expired so that was sad. I didn’t buy as much.
The sales are a real attraction!
The fact that the sizes are all together ! “We just came from TJMAXX and couldn’t find anything for her because the petites were all mixed in with other sizes, and don’t have many petites -also not a lot of 14-16 -18 sizes!”
You have everything on the same rack!

Olivia was the cashier who checked me out. If you have different landlines tied to store cards, it’s challenging to recall which store card was opened with which phone #! ! When I mentioned this to Olivia, she immediately stated she could change it for me. She quickly & efficiently changed the profile to my cell, which never changes. This may not seem like a big deal, but it actually is! In my experience at Kohl’s, all the Staff Associates are customer/consumer focused.

Brenda and Tracy at the checkout were very helpful and instrumental in getting me the most deals and we're very comical. It was a very nice way to exit the store

Separate staff not particularly knowledgeable or able to discuss products. I mistakenly thought that they would have more knowledge or interest around helping customers. They were nice, just not what I expected.

I can always find what I'm looking for in this store and they didn't let me down today. Plus all the employees are very friendly, positive and helpful. I was afraid my credit card wouldn't work like when I tried to use my one at Macy's but the person said no worries, we can work something out. And she did! I live this store and make sure I go here whenever I'm in town.

Kohls is an excellent store which offers a wide variety of merchandice and excellent sales. The coupons available are a real price saver.

I never shopped at Kohls in the past before moving to the S.Shore The store manager Olivia at Kohls Pembroke Ma.had me hooked from the moment I met her! She was kind, patient and enormously helpful to me. In addition her staff too were so helpful. I’ve been repeatedly returning.

Had to buy new towels and the prices here are very reasonable, I was happy with the selection. The employees were very nice and helpful.

Reminiscent of Bradlees, Caldor, Ames, or Zayres. Department store with plenty of varied departments. This one has a Sephora built in.

Very good prices on name brands.
Take advantage of coupons and extra bucks....store is clean & people very friendly....

Best Kohls around the store was clean and stocked with what we wanted to buy. Great associates that helped us immensely like Katie! She was so helpful and walked us to what we were looking for.

Carol, at the Kohl's, Pembroke Ma Store; went out of her way to help me find an Item that was moved to a different part of the store than the last time I had seen the Item.

Went through store quickly and for this time of year the store looked very clean

Five stars for the store but one star for how crazy my kids get when shopping there. Jk. I don't know how I got so lucky.

The associate in footwear was excellent, and they had my husband's size. Love Kohls.

Needed Dockers to visit my nephew in prerelease, found out I can't visit him wearing jeans... 🤔 They really push signing up for credit cards. Not interested in any more credit cards.
