Mattress Firm Pembroke

I was needing a new mattress desperately and my husband and I went in to the pembroke store and met with Tom. He was knowledgeable and so very helpful and nice! He listened to my needs, concerns and price range and helped me pick out the perfect mattress for me! He didn’t try to sell me anything extra and showed me options available because I was full of questions. I even treated myself to an adjustable frame because I knew this would be my last bed in my lifetime I believe! I wanted comfort for my pain and to finally have a good night sleep! I can’t wait to go to sleep Monday night after my new mattress arrives! Thank you Tom for all your help I really appreciate it!

Brendon was terrific and gave a good energy to deal with. He was thorough and patient helping me to decide on the right mattress and powerbase. I actually went from a mental state of just getting a mattress to hopefully feel comfortable on to one I cant wait to experience!

A big thanks to our amazing sales person Jen. She was nicest most knowledgeable person and it made our dreams come true with the most comfortable mattress ever. I highly recommend giving her call if need a new mattress.

Memorial Day sale prices were great but the best thing about visiting this store was the salesperson Justin. He took his time explaining each different mattress, very knowledgeable about everything, he even offered me water! I highly recommend him.
Update: Unfortunately I didn’t like the mattress I bought so I went to exchange it and it was so easy to do! They give you 90 days to change your mind and so I ordered a new one and it will be here in 2 days! That’s when they’ll pick up the other mattress and install new one.

I've had trouble finding and loving the right mattress. The store sales manager Tom has been absolutely great with his attitude of "we just want to see you happy"....I give him and your management 5 stars
