Top notch. Staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Repair was explained fully and reasonable expectations were communicated. Was kept in the loop during the repair process via text. Work was hardly noticeable and everything looked brand new. Would highly recommend.

Superb customer service from start to finish. Pam is a ray of sunshine!! So friendly & even took the time to make my daughter a cup of hot chocolate while we waited for the rental car company. & then there’s Blake! Constantly smiling, very thorough & follows up consistently. My vehicle has needed repaired 3 times this year & each experience with Crash Champions has been outstanding! 10/10 recommend.

Went there thru insurance but would not hesitate to go back if work was needed out of pocket. Vehicle was repaired quickly and I was updated throughout the week of progress and estimated completion date.

The day of dropping off my car I was anxious. My fiance was out of town at the time, and had set up everything, including the car rental. I was worried about something not working out (hadn’t had the best of luck prior to everything happening lol) and was scared of taking my car in and something happening with not being able to get a rental, and being stuck with no one to come help me. Upon arriving the receptionist was beyond amazing. She was so nice, and welcoming. After we had finished I sat to wait for enterprise which had taken a little longer then expected, so as I sat there starting to worry about if they were coming or not she was hopping on the phone to give them a call. She apologized for the wait, and let me know they were on the way. I didn’t have to lift a finger and any of the worries I had disappeared because of the automatic helpful service I had. Everything down to the communication, and the time it had taken exceeded my expectations. I never once had to reach out to see how the process was coming along, and my car looks AMAZING. While I hope to not need any future damage repairs, if luck isn’t on my side I would definitely bring my vehicle back, while recommending anyone who is in need. Thank you to anyone involved in the process it took to fix my Camry!!

Great staff, timely updates, quick turn and quality on repair. We’ve heard stories car repair's (in general) take months for completion. Our vehicle took 1.5 weeks. At the time of drop off, Blake set the expectations that updates will be on Tuesdays and Thursdays. That was executed as designed which was great because we weren’t left wondering status, pickup target, etc. Highly recommend Crash Champions!

Great service that was quick and clean.All parts used were O.E.M.parts since the vehicle was a leased vehicle to be turned in to the dealer in June.

Had a door and panel replaced and they kept me informed every step of the way. The work appears to be done perfectly. Very satisfied.

Great team. Efficient and very accommodating and communicative throughout the process. Not only did my car look brand new when I got it back, but a credit card that I unknowingly left in the cup holder was left untouched.
