Cassidy gave me one of the best customer service experiences I've ever had! She was courteous and gave me quick assistance and a hassle free visit. I had a great experience purchasing a new phone case. These kind of salespeople deserve recognition, I hope to see more salespeople strive to be like her!

I went in to check on my Verizon plan to see if there were any better offers there. In talking to Jeff, who was great at explaining my plan and my options, I decided to get a new phone. Jeff was great in explaining the new and different features of the variety available. I did purchase a new phone. He was also patient in the transfer of my information from the old phone to the new one.
Jake was great in explaining some of the features and syncing my other products to my phone. Chaz was great in helping me get out of a situation i had with my old phone. These Gentlemen were wonderful and great in all aspects of my needs. Thank you Guys!

Jan, the store manager, was super helpful today with changing our cell phone plan and getting a new phone. I didn’t realize they closed at 5, and he stayed past close making sure everything on my old phone transferred over and waiting for me to get there, which I really appreciated. Super enjoyable to talk to as well. I don’t even live nearby, but I’ll make sure to make the little bit of a commute just to come to this store for any future needs.

Leslie and Bryson were amazing in helping me get a new phone. I honestly have not had great service in such a long time. They were kind, understanding, and very helpful with what I need and was looking for. Thank you both for being the best sales reps ive worked with in years.

My boyfriend I went in yesterday ( Oct 4th) and had an amazing experience. We stopped by just to see about upgrading our phone, we not only ended up up grading but walked out of there feeling like we got the absolute best bang for our buck. Jake really hooked us up and made sure we both were 100% happy with the new set ups of our new phones.

I've always hated updating my phone, but Angela helped me through getting my new one (first in 4 years!). She was really great at explaining how features worked and helped me with protective cases and insurance. Always with a smile! :)

Knowledgable and friendly staff, set my family up with a great plan and was able to transfer all their pictures and contacts while maintaining a smile. Plus we got new cases and screen protectors, great deal for 50 bucks each. Thanks David!

Outstanding service, we were very upset just left the Verizon store in fields ertel... we were very upset with their lack of service. My husband got mad because the lady got smart with him. So we left empty handed.

When we got to this store, the lady was very forth coming. Told us about some good specials they had going on. And was very clear about all the service that we were getting. We left there 45 minutes later completely set up with all our needs, and the manager wasn't just standing around like in the other store. He worked side by side with his employee to help getting us set up. We will be back!!!! Never again to fields ertel though, that was the second time we left unhappy!
