Just used 37 original Duncan Imperial Yo-Yo's for our comference's team-building exercise...so creative and so much fun! (Wish I was quick enough to snap a pic of adults-as-5yr-olds)

I had a problem with an online order, and a lady named Jennifer Callison took care of it and handled it very well. She was great!

Well, *🆕 toys are GREAT. I won a giveaway. When you get rid of one cheap toy you get a new phone, a teddy bear 🐻 and a Tonka truck.

The absolute worse customer service. Every time i called it went to voice mail. It took almost a month for someone to return my call. I missed that call and it took another 2 weeks for someone to call back. I had sent several emails that were never responded to but when I did finally speak this customer service to have missing parts sent out they said it would be 10 to receive them and now its been almost a month and still no parts. Honestly 1 star is to much. The people in this company just dont care.

Bought their Monumental Puzzle Game which is basically a pyramid Rubicks cube. Literally broke within minutes of use. Absolutely horrible quality. The packaging the toy comes in would be stronger than the toy itself.
