My wife and I worked with Adam for a new used sedan, and he made it a very easy and thorough yet quick process. Sometimes we think buying a new car is a day long even just doing all the paperwork but this whole thing probably took an hour and a half. A great benefit to using a local auto dealer with knowledgeable staff like Adam! Very happy with our purchase.

Reels is a great place to buy a vehicle. Everyone I was in contact with was very nice and professional. The guy who worked with me to get my new car was extremely helpful. He explained everything I had questions about and even gave both me and my wife helpful advice on the subject. I'll be recommending Reels to everyone who needs a new vehicle.

You know when just doesn't feel right?? My experience was the total opposite from start to finish! If you want a reputable car dealership here you are! Amongst may great things that come w your vehicle they sent me away with a spin on the “Reels Wheel” and I won a prize on top of a new reliable car!! My wife and I bought a Nissan LEAF from Adam at Reel’s Auto. Adam was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle, despite it being an electric vehicle - we have been to multiple dealerships where the sales people knew nothing about the vehicle so it was a breath of fresh air to work with someone who knew about the vehicle. Adam was very easy to work with and was extremely accommodating as we were coming from out of town. He was also very upfront and honest with us, there were no surprises through the entire process. Adam made sure the vehicle was pristine when we picked it up and also made sure we had everything that came with the vehicle (charger, charger case, etc). Reel’s Auto gave us a great deal on our trade in as well, they negotiated with us and we were extremely pleased with their offer. In summary, Reel’s Auto, and especially Adam, provided us with a 5-star car buying experience and I would not hesitate to send any of my friends or family to them and would absolutely do business with them again in the future! Just bought my vehicle today. Ford Escape. This place is awesome. Grant Glazier was the guy who helped. Very friendly and explained everything. I am so happy!! Definitely recommend if your looking for a used vehicle.

Friendly staff that go above the bar with customer service. They are not typical car salesman that run out the door as soon as you pull in, we were able to get out and look around then greeted to let them know what we were interested in. Due to some scheduling conflicts on our part we had to reschedule test drive for different time and when we arrived they had the vehicles pulled up front ready to go. My daughter is pleased with her first car purchase, great job Adam and his team at Reel's.

Seen a truck parked in the weeds way in the back and it caught my eye a few times i went by. I stopped and asked about it and asked if it ran and the owner was there and said im not sure but we can try to start it. I asked him how much and he told me $800 out the door and i said if it runs ill buy it. It was a 2007 chevy avalanche ltz with over 300k on it and all rusted. We jumped it and it started and ran surprisingly good so they pumped the tires up and we did the paperwork and i was on my way home about 20 miles away. As i pulled out it hesitated and jumped a little so i figured it was just old gas so i put some fresh gas in it and continued on my way. I noticed that the oil pressure gauge was at 0 so i just figured the gauge was bad. It wasn’t overheating and I floored it a few times and i started to feel loss of power so i held it to the floor until it died half way home. I guess the gauge was right because that 5.3 was toast and was locked up so i hooked the chain up and towed it the rest of the way home. I wasn’t even really mad because i was just going to use it for parts for my other avalanche. I did a complete middle console and seat swap out of the ltz into my 05. I also got a bunch of other useful parts off of it and scrapped it for $600. I was happy with it. They got the title mailed to them and i picked it up and i had a good laugh with the guys when i told them about it and what i used it for. They were intrigued by what my plans were for the seat swap and were nice enough to give me the seat wiring diagrams so i could figure that part out. I knew what i was getting myself into so i cant be mad but im leaving this 5 star review because the people who worked there were great.

The experience was great! Adam was very helpful in my time of need! Needs to be employee of the month or year. That’s how I feel. :)
