The best Wendy's I have ever gone to. The fries were crispy and the burger was high quality. Employees and managers are nice.

Service was fast.
The ladies were polite.
Breakfast is surprisingly good

Drive thru only available, still very good food and price.

Cleanest Wendys I have ever visited. Food was very well prepared,not thrown together like some places.

This Wendy's always has the best service and the food always tastes fresh.

This particular Wendy's is always a delight to me. When the employees are on their own without the manager it is a very relaxed atmosphere which portrays itself in the way the employees treats the customers. They're more friendly just a better atmosphere. My food is always cooked as I ordered it and I even get a senior beverage.

Our experience was fantastic. Counter person looked me in the eye and told me he'd be right with me and he was. They were quick, food was hot and delicious. The store was clean and bright. The air hand dryer wasn't working, I did not inform the staff as I had my elderly mother and 8 month old grandson.

Out of all the Wendy's I've been too I must say that this is one of the best.

Their nuggets are always hot, fresh and crispy. The workers are always friendly and accommodating for me because I have a disability and they carry my tray for me.

Thia is a great go to place for seniors citizens as they get free senior drinks, hot or cold. And theyr sandwichis are always good.

As a driver traveling for a job interview my wife had the sudden urge to empty her bowels thankfully due to Wendy’s Wendy’s great team who chooses their locations we were able to find this very conveniently and get off the road so she could poop like a maniac. Also I got a large Coke with no ice and the order was perfect great job Wendy’s definitely a customer for life.

Drive through was backed up, but everyone was very friendly despite the growing line.

Went through the drive thru. My order was correct, hot and came out fast. Staff working the drive thru were patient as I had a child with me so it took a little longer to make decisions on what to order. This Wendy's is consistently good.

The girl that took my money was new but she had a smile that brightened your day and she was very polite

This is probably one of the best Wendy's in Northeast Ohio... Burger was made to order fries were hot and crispy... The staff was extra friendly... Restaurant was very clean bathrooms were spotless.. never disappointed

Even with a long drive thru line, I was in and out. All my food was fresh, order was correct and they gave excellent service!

Had a Cherry Fanta. Was very good. They have one of those cool machines that have a lot of choices.
My friends grabbed a quick bite. Was Saturday night and it was quite busy. Must be good.

The absolute best Wendy's I've ever been to!! Fast service, great people and for the first time in my life I received a burger that actually looked like it does in pictures!! Amazing!!

The Wendy's in Chardon is great. However, the one in Mentor near rte. 306 on rte. 20 isn't worth the trip. One thing about chains is that you know what you're getting and that most follow the standards of the home company. The one in Mentor seems not to know what those standards are. Again, the Wendy's in Chardon is great!
