Manish Joshi, MD - Southwoods Health - Primary Care

Dr Joshi is compassionate and understanding. He does not over react and instill panic. He takes his time and listens to what you are saying. He is highly educated and speaks intelligently but does not make you feel beneath him. I would highly recommend Dr Joshi if you are looking for a Dr who will respect you and treat you with dignity. I personally have had no issues with billing. I am A self pay patient. I have times when my funds are low and the Dr is more than willing to work with me. I Would never expect someone to run to a service and not be paid.

After leaving this practice and experiencing other offices, I am back and very grateful for Dr. Joshi and his staff... Will not be changing again ever though I have to drive an hour to get to his office...VERY PLEASED PATIENT.

The receptionist at this office is one of the most bitter and rude women I have ever met. The last several times I was in for an appointment she was disrespectful. As someone stated in a previous review she is also very rude and unprofessional over the phone as well. This woman should not be working with the public let alone in a doctors office.

Terrible staff. Nice doctor but honestly everytime we call for something like appointment or medicine front desk staff who pick up calls arel worse, rude and mean. Please doc talk to your front desk staff and retrain them. Very disappointing..

Did not listen to the issues I am having. Didn't even do the blood work that was requested. Even after he was told that I haven't been to a doctor in the past two years and my horrible family medical history.

Also heard a staff member at the front desk swearing repeatedly and watching a video on "How to submit an insurance claim".

Incompetent doctor's office through and through.
