UH Green Road Cleveland Physicians

Given all the one-star reviews, I wanted to chime in with a better experience… I had a nice visit recently, and the staff was helpful. It felt a bit rushed, and finding the office was a bit difficult because there are multiple elevators and entrances, and it wasn’t clear to me in advance which entrance to take, so I took the front one… which was about the worst choice I could have made. But… I’m hopeful. Will adjust this review up or down as I accumulate more experiences here.

Generally very nice, but it appears they cannot keep up with the number of patients they have. If you are sick or have a broken bone and need to see your doctor, expect to get an appointment 2 or 3 weeks out. Additionally, I have now been waiting for over a week for a prescription refill that was supposed to have been submitted in early December after I saw my doctor (it’s December 29 today). I have left two separate messages for the staff, and my pharmacy has also submitted a request for the refill (two days ago) and I have not heard anything.

Rude unprofessional office staff, they never answer the phone, if they do, you will be on hold for long extended times and will have to call back with the same response...long wait times. Appointments made, then canceled. They must do better as thus office lacks professionalism and acceptable office manners. This office needs to be revamped with office staff and medical staff who can and are willing to serve their patients with prompt service.

This place never answers the phone, no one can give you answers about anything...for a relatively small clinic, they can tell you absolutely NOTHING about anything! Needed a Strep swab and was told they weren't done in office so I was sent to the lab, the lab sent me back saying they didn't do them. They sent me to a further location promising that it could be done there... 3 days later and I'm still swabless.
