Everything about our experience getting a quote for a major remodel on our old home with this company was excellent. First, when I called, a real human answered right away- no need to leave a message! Second, the person that answered was kind and not rushed as they gathered information about our prospective job. Third, they scheduled a home visit, verified the night before, and showed up on time. Forth, John was friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. He took his time studying our space, measuring, asking us questions, and understanding our basic requirements as well as our "nice to have" ideas. Fifth, even though we ended up deciding we didn't want to embark on this project right now after we got the rough estimate, they were not at all offended or frustrated. So I can't speak for the quality of their actual remodeling work, but, I can say that everything about the interactions we had getting to an estimate was wonderful. It was refreshing to have great customer service and a responsive and easy process to find out what our job would entail.

Sam Pitzulo Homes designed and built us a custom home on a small restricted lot during the covid outbreak. They managed to make consistent progress and provided us with a beautiful home, which we are very happy with. We can’t say enough about the wonderful staff. Remodeled Kitchen
We contracted Sam Pitzulo Homes and Remodeling to do a total renovation of our kitchen. This was a large project as we had walls removed, windows relocated, and the entire kitchen moved to what was once our dining room. Sam's crew was up to the task ad did an EXCELLENT job. His people were more than friendly, they were genuinely kind. Everyone involved in the project from Sam, Mike, Robyn, Vince and his team and all the subcontractors were excellent and had a very keen attention to detail. Work performed is beyond excellent!! We are very pleased with the remodeling of our main bath and half-bath by Pitzulo Homes and Remodeling. This is the second project we have done with them and both outcomes were superb. Pitzulo Homes provides a professional architect, a professional decorator, project manager, a detailed cost manager, excellent craftsmen and office staff that allow the project to be completed on time with perfection. The name of the game at Pitzulo is high quality. After our extensive first project, there was never any question of the selection of our next contractor.
We really like their use of a project manager who can answer all questions about the work schedule including what to expect the next day and project issues. The architect shows 3-D computer renderings that allow the average client to visualize what the final product will look like and make adjustments before the construction begins. The decorator was a tremendous help. In our first project the entire outside of the house was remodeled and a big issue involved colors. Melissa was masterful in the selection of siding, trim and roof colors which has resulted in many compliments from friends and neighbors. My wife is a detail oriented person who takes tremendous pride in our home. When you please her, you know the project was professionally completed. She was very please with the projects completed by Pitzulo.

Sam and his team turned my 32×34 garage into living space including new kitchen, living and dining room and bed room. The whole team were very professional and knowledgeable About their jobs.
