San Carlo Townhomes

My husband and I will be moving in a unit soon, yesterday I met with Jenn and Vanessa to view the unit one last time before we move in and might I say Jenn the Manager is the best! She’s kind and considerate and keeps me updated on the progress on the completion date via email and even by phone. Jenn is down to earth and keeps it simple on what’s going on. We are super excited about the move and the beautiful units in our community!!!!

We will be moving into our new home soon. The open floor plan and the amenities are what made us choose San Carlo. When we met with Jen and Vanessa they made us feel welcome and just all around good about our choice. It has been a journey while waiting for them to complete the townhomes But we are extremely thankful we will soon be living in our dream place

We've been waiting since December to move into San Carlo. While it has been a journey, Jen and the staff has been very helpful on answering questions such as the layout of the homes, the dimensions, and the locations of each unit. They answer quickly and professionally. If this is this is the type of service they provide, then my spouse and I are looking forward to interacting often when we move in.

The property is beautiful! My fiancé and I toured the property the homes were beautiful and the amenities are amazing. I can not wait to be able to use the golf simulator!! If you are looking for very modern homes, a beautiful property, and all the amenities you could want this is a must check out.

These townhomes are gorgeous!!! What a beautiful community! I can’t wait till they are finished. The manager is so informative and friendly and really makes you feel listened to and like she values your time. Thank you for that as it’s rare these days! I would suggest to anybody to stop in and see what I’m talking about… you won’t regret it.

The staff is so friendly and make me feel so welcomed ! They are very informative with any questions or concerns I may have . We are barely able to move in this week after a long wait but it’s definitely worth the wait .

These townhomes are absolutely beautiful. I had such a fun tour with Jenn. She was so helpful, and made us feel like we were looking at the next piece of our future.

Amazing staff. Very helpful. As I went through the process, I had a ton of questions and they always answered them very politely. As for the homes, they are absolutely stunning. The interior is very modern and the layout is well thought-out. Love it!

Jen has been such a big blessing 💕🙏🏽 she is great at communicating with me and my fiancée about our soon to be home. She is very dedicated to what she does and every single question we had she had a answer and we loved that. Jen continue to do what you do because you are amazing at it 💕🙏🏽

Was hoping to get a unit this month but the office is closed at the moment. We were able to tour back in January and it took awhile because the generator for power had to come on which is 100% understandable. We are Really REALLY hoping we can secure a unit before our lease is up at the end of June. PLEASE SAN CARLO 😭 OPEN UP!
