AT&T Store

Had a great time visiting the highland store and Jason aka jay helped me out with my upgrade . Super nice and so much knowledge on products and plans.

Great customer service and amazing employees. I was having a problem with my phone and the manager named Matthew assisted me with all my questions and concerns and was able to resolve the problem. I also purchased a screen protector and the sales representative named Danny installed it in a timely manner, I highly recommend this store!!!

My experience at the store was amazing the reps were helpful, and knowledgeable.

Michael Mechon at the Highland, CA location was our rep and he was very informative and educated on our issue. He fixed everything and was very professional and polite. He did an excellent job and was patient during all of our questions. He is a great representative of AT&T.

I had a great experience opening up a line and upgrading my phone. Michael Meschon was patient and honest. He explained everything thoroughly. Ask for Michael Meschon if you need an honest sales rep.

Excellent help in getting what i needed done

I expect a store to be clean and organized but sales and store personnel can be abrupt or ignore you. Not at this store. A pleasant sales rep named Naz welcomed me and asked me if she could help. She was patient and reminded me that I would be well informed before I left the. Her fellow sales rep Danny helped me finish my transaction and demonstrated how to use my new device. Anytime I don’t spend a lot of money and the store personnel are friendly and helpful, I’m a happy guy!

Such an easy and stress free experience thanks to the AMAZING customer service from Nazeerah! She was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, answered all my questions with patience and kindness! Always had a smile on her face! Definitely will return again because of her! Wish I could give more than 5 stars! A great representation for the company!

Great experience Michael was amazing very informative and helpful, I gave me all the deals I could get with my trade in. I would say go first thing in morning when it is less crowded.

I had little to no wait time! Sam was very helpful in explaining everything to me! She helped me transfer everything from my old phone and helped me find all the accessories that I needed. She was very good at explaining the different options I had in terms of deals currently available and the plan options AT&T has to offer. Overall it was an effortless process thanks to Sam!

Juan Carlos was amazingly helpful, with service like his I will remain an AT&T customer for life. He was fast, efficient and went above and beyond to be helpful

I absolutely love this location ! I always only come to this location. The staff is friendly and very helpful. My favorite employee I always ask for him is Tristan ! Absolutely love him. Easy to talk to and very easy going. He always helps me get more bang for my buck. He helps me choose the best phones and plans to fit my budget. Always exhausts all my options to show me all the different plans. I really appreciate his patience and customer service. You don’t really see people go the extra mile anymore but he never lets me down. If you’re looking for phone needs or have question, ask for him. You won’t be sorry.

Nazeerah is extraordinary!!! She was extremely helpful and very patient. She was able to address all questions we had and is a very down to earth person. I would definitely recommend you to seek her always for every visit at this store.

unfortunately I lost my phone the other day and drove to the AT&T store not in the greatest mood the gentleman that helped me there was named Guillermo he was by himself because two of his coworkers called out sick not panicking his service was amazing Quick got me going very fast and on my way this is the kind of employee I wish I had working for my company he’s an incredible person and AT&T is lucky to have him. I was stressed out when I got there and left very pleased thank you again for everything you did thank you Guillermo

Naz was so helpful and greeted me right away. She made what could have been a stressful experience easy. She was patient and knowledgeable. I appreciated her kindness and honesty. She is great at what she does.

Customer service was amazing at this location. Kyle and Greg helped me transfer all my data when I filed a insurance claim. They made it easy and fast. I highly recommend them.
