Smart & Final Extra!

My wife and I have shopped a few times here but this time was THE best! As we entered the store we were greeted with, welcome and smiling faces. We gathered our items and headed to check out. Veronica was absolutely AMAZING! Her customer service was the best I had seen in a while. 11/10 We had good conversation and found out she has purchased vehicles from where I work now. She showed us how to sign up to become a member and we saved 15% on our entire checkout! Her customer service and professionalism has earned this store a loyal shopper.

This is my first time coming to this smart & final extra. I am normally a customer of the smart & final in Redlands. This place is absolutely awesome. I am definitely add this to my rotation for shopping.Natalie this have all the regular smart & final stuff that I used to like to 2.5gallon Ziploc bags and stuff you can run a picnic bizarre or block party,but also had some health food in bulk bins like you normally find a trader Joe's or Clark's

Back to shopping at Smart and Final was great. Used to shop at the one on Baseline and Arrowhead in San Bernadino until it got destroyed by lotters during the riots months back. But I found this location so much closer to me than the other one and so glad I tried it out. I honestly didn't know this location existed. It's very clean and stocked. Neighborhood is so much nicer and safer. It's just going to take a couple more visits to get used to their set up and location of the items. Cashiers are so helpful and friendly. Alene was really super when checking out. People like her make you want to come back and shop more often. Even the other shoppers seemed real friendly and considerate. I will definitely keep shopping here. Update: Smart & Final seems to be back to original business. I've noticed that a lot of items that were no longer on the shelf for quite a while are now back. Masks are not required to be worn anymore while shopping but some customers still wear them. Business is still good, staff still as friendly as ever and the shelves are being kept well stocked. No change since last update. Masks are not required but it is common courtesy to where a mask and keep the 6ft distancing. Newest update: back to regular business. Some customers wear masks and now staff doesn't wear masks anymore. Shelves are stocked and that flow of being nice and friendly hasn't changed. That's why Smart and Final is a regular stop for me. Update #2: Smart & Final has been back to regular business. Always busy. Customer service is always great. Shelves are always full. Business is good 👍 Update #3: no changes. Busy as usual. Everything still great.

Shelves will filled with many items not found in a regular supermarket. Clean and well staffed. Large produce and fruit sections. Fast checkout and plenty of parking.

I gave 5 stars solely for the customer service I received. Although they did not have what I came for, as I expected, the customer service was absolutely outstanding! Upon my arrival, I was greeted by several staff members, which 1st began in the parking lot as I excited my vehicle. While strolling thru the store I was offered assistance 4 times from 3 different staff members. One employee even traversed through the store in attempts to help me find what I was looking for.

I didn't spend a dollar but I was treated like a king.. That is customer service at its best!!

Sign up for weekly ads, you will be surprised how many bargains there are on things you buy all the time. Unlike Costco, not everything is institutional size products. Takeout rotisserie chicken is large, beautiful, delicious, and is the same price as at other stores but much bigger plus higher quality. Produce is amazing and always bargains to be had. Large selection of items for a store this size. Great for party supplies, picnic supplies, and barbecue needs. Lots of friendly help is always available. Fast checkout. Very clean, great prices.

I like going to smart/final. Not alot of other food stuff that I don't need or want at the time. I'm in and out pretty fast.
Was busy,busy today the 3rd, due to the holiday on Monday. To be expected.

I love this brand new Smart & Final! Great produce section with 4 levels of vegetables and fresh herbs and lettuces. Huge fresh and cut fruit section. Lots of large meat cuts. Cool bulk section with great prices. Lots of organic options as well. Deals when you sign up for emails and their online coupons. Sign up! Only 40 minutes from Big Bear, right at the base of the mountain by 210/330.

One of the best service EVER in life by ALENE . Actually talked to us and looked in our faces with meaning I Hope the rest of your night great and meant it along with her fun personality and made the experience amazing. Thank you for all your hard work during this time of crisis! The entire stock team was full force this morning as well as the cashiers and those extra long lines. This store always has a great selection when we aren't fear bulk buying.

Smart and final extra is a great store offering regular and bulk items. It's right off the freeway and easily accessible on from two streets heading west on baseline and from church only (the light) on church street. Their products' prices are comparable to the other grocery stores, And sometimes better on their produce. Being close to coffee, gas, and fast food they are an easy stop, and usually not too crowded for fast checkout. Great place to get everything for a get together!

Happy to see sanitary workers keeping things clean. The isles were open not crowded. And there were sanitizer wipes for customers. The employees were nice ever asked if I needed help but still kept thier distance. Thank you i appreciate your hard work everyone

I love this store. It's like a grocery store and a costco combined. It's nice and clean and the staff is super friendly. They have a large frozen food section with just about anything you could think of, and a large beer and wine selection. The lines are always short, and as soon as they get a line they open up another checkout. I've been a life long Steter Bros shopper, but I find myself going to smart n final more and more.

Fresh and friendly at a great price

Store very clean & shelves are always restock. I always had nothing but positive experience here. The STAFF are always friendly and helpful, Checking out is quick and fast. I highly recommend It!
