The two gentleman working were beyond helpful and extremely polite and pleasant! They were very kind helping me figure out what I needed for my car. Also, went in for one thing and left with way more. I didn't know how much cool and useful stuff they have there!

Mike got did a great job of replacing the necessary bulbs on our car and showed us how to fix a serious moisture issue with the lenses. Stopping there was a great decision.

I couldn't find something, and the counter guy was helpful. When I went to check out I realized that my wallet was still in the car. I felt bad, but he was cool about it while I ran out to get it.

The team at this location is awesome! Had an issue with a gift card transaction...the computer froze and I lost my the entire balance on my gift card. Virginia called HQ and they said it would reload in a couple days, which it never did. I went in yesterday and Pat called 3 different places and worked really hard to find the help that we needed. He finally got into contact with the right department and I was able to get my gift card balance back in seconds!!! Took a while but they all worked hard to get me the help I needed!

I would rate 10 stars if I could for the AutoZone on Elm Road in Warren! Patrick (store manager) and Victor couldn’t be more helpful with my car battery on a hot and sweltery holiday! They were extremely knowledgeable about my car’s needs and quickly and efficiently replaced the battery for me in minutes. They went the extra mile to test the alternator and other engine functions. This AutoZone was my rescue for my last battery replacement so of course it was my first choice and they did not disappoint. Thanks again for excellent customer service!

We knew our daughter needed new wipers on her car, but only knew the year & model, so the associates not only helped us pick the best ones, but installed them for her, too! They were BEYOND helpful!!💖

Went to get a replacement headlight bulb. Had stopped at Advance Auto up the road and was given prices. We asked if they could install the bulb and they said we don’t offer that kind of assistance. No biggee , we left to check price at AutoZone. Same prices, but here’s where the difference: Brian, the employee, explained the difference between the replacement bulbs available, average life, brightness, and prices. WE decided to replace both bulbs. At that time, Brian OFFERED to change them out for us at no cost. He showed me how to do it next time as well as tested the bulbs. This is the kind of customer service so lacking at other places that will make me a lifelong customer. I’ll make sure to tell friends and family to support this store as well as here. Kudos!

Most of the time when you call the workers can answer the small questions. I've had a worker look into a part piece we both had no clue where to get it. Believe it or not. 5 days later they called me and located me one. I figured after the one call back. It was done a done deal..

Always have a pretty good experience here if I have to change the light bulb or something they are always willing to give you the tools so you can change it right on the spot.
