The house special make your own spring rolls are very delicious and innovative, great for a group of people. The raw veggies are very fresh. The rice noodles (I ordered clear noodles) are just so-so. The quail eggs are a bit sour.

Their House Special DIY spring rolls are always a solid meal. Portions are good, and the veggies are always fresh.

I got take out today, and even though they got the order wrong, they let us come back and they remade our order — and gave us an extra portion of BBQ pork.

You can definitely taste the freshness! Place is known for the "make your own" spring rolls but they can be ordered rolled as well! Don't expect the peanut dipping sauce!

The food was amazing and the make your own spring roll of two is a lot of food! We got the grilled chicken and the chicken fried rice! Although I am on a diet, there have you enough chicken that would satisfy anyones macros and the flavor is phenomenal! It's small restaurant so be sure to go there before the dinner rush because once we were sitting down a bunch of people showed up.

Amazingly fun to assemble the spring rolls with your date. We got the spring rolls and the soup, the rolls were very tasty but more fun than anything else. The soup however was very fishy. For dessert we got the Che ba mou, it was strange but very tasty, would have been better without all the ice chunks but still tasty.

You come here for the food. And, man, is it worth the trip. They offer the novel option of making your own spring rolls from a rich panoply of supplied ingredients. I have not tried that. They do such a nice job of making spring rolls for you that I'm happy to leave it to them. Everything I have tried is very good and wonderfully fresh.

The service is interested and attentive and particularly solicitous about potential misunderstanding on the part of non-Vietnamese patrons. The surroundings are clean and comfortable but rather spartan reflecting their busy take out business.

We keep coming back.

Such an amazing experience! I’m not an expert on Vietnamese food but this is the best I’ve ever tasted! My wife and I ended up splurging and getting four different entrées. Way too much food but all of it was delicious. So many different flavors! The spring rolls were amazing because you get to roll them yourself. The savory crêpe is also good. I highly recommend eating here.

Soup was amazing! Delicious and flavorful. I love the way they made everything. We’ll be back to try more from the menu.

Wow we went on a weekday at 12pm and it wasn’t crowded at all. Staff are patient and attentive. House Special No 1 left us sooooo stuffed. 4 rolls per person!

Amazing spring rolls! They are freshly made to order and have this unique crunchy roll inside. The dipping sauce is delicious and completely different too!

I don't live in an area where I can eat authentic Vietnamese food, especially foods that tastes this delicious.
The food served here is definitely healthy, fresh and delicious. I look forward to coming back here again. I have never ate good authentic southeast Vietnamese food ever. Once you have a taste it, you will definitely come back for more. Their spring rolls are the best in town.
I really liked that it came with all the standard fixings including delicious BBQ chicken skewers and vermicelli noodles, pickled carrots and radishes, and a nice fresh assortment of greens which included keffir lime and mint leaves. But also crispy fried rice rolls and the most delicious dipping sauce!
Its a lot of fun when you have the option to roll your own spring rolls yourself if you want. You can use your imagination and creativity when making your next meals and have lots of fun doing it.
I definitely recommend this place this place to all who have a sense of explorating different types of authentic worldly flavorful foods.

I used to come here on my weekend grocery runs back in my college days. This is my go to place for a light and refreshing meal. 5 years later and it still tastes just as good.

I always order the House Special Spring Rolls, DIY edition. I love how this place gives an option to customize my rolls and test my folding skills. I'm used to the peanut sauce but something about that thick orange shrimp sauce makes it so unique. I also got a side of Banh Bot Loc because it's so hard to find. It comes with 10 pieces. Quite sticky but one of my favorite appetizers next to Banh Beo.

Overall, worth the stop. It can get loud for a restaurant, but is it really an asian restaurant if it isn't? I do prefer the Elk Grove location because of the vibe and spaciousness but if you don't mind, food quality is just as mouthwatering.

Expanded my Vietnamese food universe today by trying the Nem nuong con and banh beo because a friend recommended them. Delicious! Great combinations of textures and flavors. I would definitely come here again when I'm in the area.

Unbelievable! I thought I knew all about Vietnamese cuisine but nah.. I was a newbie at this joint.
The steam rice rolls were awesome cause there is a secret ingredient, the crispy spring roll wrapped inside! A roll within a roll. The marinated meat, tastes suspiciously like sausage was mighty tasty! It has nice grilled marks on them. Very classy. 4 rolls per order. Mighty filling. Paired with a warm tasty dip. Also had the grilled chicken with vermicelli. Basil, lettuce, mint and cilantro brought the enjoyment to a higher level. Yummy! Dont ignore the herbs. These Trinities are the bombs. Final verdict: Worth the Q! US$20. Enough to feed two hungry persons with leftovers of two rolls. 😋

Definitely the most authentic and best Vietnamese food I've had outside of Vietnam. Holy wowzers this place does it right!! I live in North Tahoe and stop here every time I pass through!
