Great staff, polite, friendly , helpful and most of all very understanding if you are gonna be late on a payment, especially during this pandemic. They are very willing to work with you as long as you communicate with them they will almost ALWAYS accommodate your needs. They are laid back and made for a very easy transaction no hassles ever. Not my experience, my sis in law effected unfortunately by the epidemic going on her son stole over half her disability check, Aarons did not harass nor charge her late fees when she paid, she explained she has never been late and Aarons forgave her no late charge, something else. I will go to Aarons if I need to. Thank you Warren Aarons on Elm road you rocked my sis in laws world, something she needed to see some good in ppl. GOD BLESS AMERICA
