The customer service in store was great! Also the prices are better than FedEx. Fairly priced. Fast deliver.

The workers here are pleasant and efficient! I’m so glad that Warren finally has a full service UPS store! It’s a great place to make Amazon returns, and it’s a great place to mail things. Thanks to all the workers there!

How great we have a local UPS store especially for Amazon returns. The place is convenient and clean. The employees are friendly and helpful.

The person that helped me was extremely polite and helpful. She even let me use the hotspot from her personal cell phone so I could pull up my Amazon return codes, since I wasn’t getting good reception.

The staff were so helpful and polite. I arrived very last minute before they were supposed to close (which I hate doing, because that’s inconsiderate) but I was driving by and figured I’d stop. And they still helped me and were incredibly nice about it. Never have this nice of an experience anywhere.

They treated me with respect and kindness.

So I had to send a wedding present tp my best friend and they were so kind to find the right box and helped me make it just the way I would've wanted to send it to her.

Every time I go in there are always extremely nice and I am in and out very quickly.
