Jaime Hayes was referred to me by an Estate sales/Auction business owner who knew I needed lots of help getting my house sold. I had 3 generations of "stuff" to go through and I was overwhelmed. I left a message for her and I not only got a call back quickly, but she went out of her way to stop by my house that same day after work to talk with me and assess what my needs were. Jaime was amazing! She knew we were looking to sell in a very short time frame. She answered all my questions, no matter how often I contacted her about anything. I was nervous in the beginning of this process as we were moving across the country, but Jaime was calm and reassuring through the entire process. She worked tirelessly and guided me through the process, step by step. I thought we should sell the house "as is" and take a lower price. But Jaime offer me some other options and we did sell the house "as is", but we got an offer that was higher than the initial asking price. That was due to Jaime's knowlege and expertise in the Real Estate market. The open house was so successful that we had offers coming in the same day.
Jaime even helped me through the process of transfering ownership of the solar system we had. I would highly recommend her. She is kind, honest and was dedicated to helping me.
