Great experience here. First, I read the reviews and thought this would be a bad location to visit because of a few bad reviews, but boy, was I wrong. The sales guy Eric took care of me. He was a super nice fella, who knows a lot about workboots.. This is the spot, don't let a few bad reviews steer you away from the store. Go experience it for yourself, look for Eric! Walked in with little spare time, not expecting to find the right pair of boots right away but Eric got my input and really sold me on a pair. I love my boots and plan on going back for custom soles. Great team and atmosphere.

It was a good experience for me and sales guy was very respectful. He also said he would let me know when my shoes were in and he did. They also waited for me a few minutes after closing so i could pick up my shoes. Thanks a million!!!

Great experience overall. Told them my requirements and they pointed me to the right boot. Had a machine to give me the right shoe size and arch support. Yes it’s pricy, but quality, fit and lightweight makes it worth it

I'll start by saying that I really appreciate the manager's honesty. He didnt upsell me on a boot, instead he gave an honest opinion about the choice in boots i was considering and let me know that the warranty still stands but the quality wasnt there as it was an entry level boot and guys tend to pick them just for the look rather than functionality. After chatting with him and his associate a bit longer i settled for a slightly more expensive boot that had the features I was looking for and only an additional $50( in the grand scheme i spend that much on shoes yearly anyways) and these can be resoled for a small fee. I was really happy to hear about free laces for life and that they will condition and clean the boots for free.

I've had two awesome experiences at this location. I've been a Red Wing owner since I started wearing boots. New 8883's are awesome and I started with 1907's 15 years ago that I still wear. They are by far the most comfortable boots I've ever owned.

The store had a good selection of heritage boots. They shipped them to our address quickly. They were very nice and helpful. Will definitely use this location again.

I read all the reviews and walked in with an open mind. Ryan the store manager assisted me in getting fitted and finding my proper insoles. After trying on the Crosby boots, BRNR & Supersole 2.0 I had my choice down. Supersole 2 as I can get them resoled when the time comes. Boots weren't cheap but as long as you take care of them and use Red Wings monthly conditioning services which are free you should get Year's of service from your boots. Now I just need to get these damn boots broken in and that's probably going to take 2-4 weeks. Then I'm golden. Thanks to Ryan for helping me choose the right boots to invest in as I'm sure my feet and wallet will appreciate it after the boots are broken in.

Been buying and wearing Red Wings for over 25 years. If you want cheap then go to Wal-Mart for your boots! But you will be replacing them in 6-8 months. You get what you pay for. Always had good service here. And no B.S. If you work construction you need good boots and good tools.
