Yesterday our heat and hot water stopped working in the house. And with the way things have been going lately I was worried it would take a week for a plumber to fit us into their schedule. But I didn’t lose hope! I called a friend and they suggested I call Sundance. I called them up, got Kristin on the phone who was more than happy to send out Mack who was on call for the day! He showed up and was able to fix our issue in no time! So grateful to have such a reliable company in the valley to come to our aid in such a short time! Thank you!

We just had our water heater replaced by Sundance and we are very, very pleased with their service. They sent Tanner out to do the work, and he was personable, friendly and very efficient and helpful. We were impressed with his work, done in such a timely manner. We also thought the price for the work was fair. When and if we have any future plumbing or heating work, we will call Sundance.

Had some drains backing up, called other plumbers and they were either unavailable for days or outrageously expensive. Called Sundance and they were able to dispatch their technician Marco within 30 mins. Marco had the issue fixed within 30 mins of arriving. Fantastic technician and extremely friendly and professional! 10/10 will be using Sundance over everyone else in the future.

I can't say enough good things about this company. It was a Friday night and negative temps were on their way. So of course, our heater stopped working. I called Sundance and within an hour, they had a technician on the way. Sam the technician was kind, caring, and quick! Fixed the issue and we were on our way to a warm home. The owner even follow up after to make sure we were good and let us know they were available all weekend if needed. I will never hesitate to call Sundance in the future and can't thank them enough for their compassion and professionalism. Thanks guys!

I found these guys through a friend last year and MAN I am glad I did. They have helped with two plumbing projects at our house recently and both times they have been super responsive, helpful, professional and reliable. Plus, it's a woman owned, local business. Kristin is always available to talk through options, scheduling, etc. Pluming issues are never fun, but Kristin and her whole team have great attitudes and been overall just a pleasure to work with!

I've used their services for the past 5 years in 18 homes that I've managed. I've had water pouring in through recessed can lights caused by a broken pipe a floor above. A house with no heat in 14 degree weather with them showing up with 10 space heaters to keep the occupants comfortable and the pipes from freezing. For simple fixes and more complex issues I can't recommend them enough.

Sundance Plumbing And Heating was a pleasure to do business with. We had a few punch list items and the tech was able to take care of them quickly and efficiently. We are 100 miles away, so the tech texted us with pictures, and notified when he arrived and left. He seven sent us a picture showing the home was locked up. The back office was patient on our payment and scheduled our winter check up quickly and efficiently.

My heat decided to fail me during the coldest days of the year, in early February. I called Sundance and Kristen informed me that her tech, Mike, would be there within the next hour or so. Mike showed up the same day and had my heat up and running within 48 hours! Despite having to order a new blower motor!! They turned a very stressful situation in to a very manageable situation.

Called for an emergency for a frozen pipe. Brian had multiple jobs already going on and was unable to fit me into his schedule. He recommended a few other great local plumbers in the area. Great guy and great customer service. Would recommend when needing work done in the future.
