Peace Love Aerial Yoga

Tracy is amazing!

I planned a bachelorette party for 8 gals and I was in my investigation of potential activities phase when I came across Peace Love Ariel Yoga. I’m so glad that I did! Tracy talked to me for 30+ minutes going over the class but also going over options for Vail because I didn’t know the area, which turned out to be very helpful.

The class itself was very fun. Also a great workout, the girls and I are feeling it in our ab’s and arms a few days after the class. She took her time with each of us and made the whole process fun and informative. I have to say it was my favorite part of the weekend.

I am so so so thankful for Tracy and the kind teachers at PLAY. Tracy really cares about you... this is so much more than a business for her and it shows. I also love how there is so much more than traditional yoga. There are wonderful barre classes and all kinds of fun things to try so your work out routine stays fun and motivating. Plus the classes are small so you get to know people and want to work out with them. I can't say enough how this is the best Yoga and work out class spot in the valley... best kept secret by far.
