Great food and great atmosphere. We have a party of 5 on a Friday night and we were all super happy with the food and service. Staff was super friendly. Prices were right where they should be. I will be back soon. Keep up with good work.

First, the food at this restaurant was absolutely phenomenal — but even more, the owner is the kindest, funniest, most genuine woman I’ve ever met! Waiting any amount of time for a seat at their table, is totally worth it! Hands down the greatest family Thai food experience of all time. Only wish there was somewhere as good for Thai back home in Michigan!

This is a local thai place in Mintern and worth the drive if you are visiting either Vail or Beaver Creek. As a fellow azn and foodie, I can attest that this is the most legit azn place for thai food where you aren't paying through your XXX. They do change up their menu seasonally and have a small indoor seating area with outdoor when weather is good. I don't think they are taking reservations but check out their website to double check. We have never had trouble getting a table when the place opens. My husband got the chicken pat thai and I got the shrimp thai fried rice. Portion sizes are also quite generous. I have enough food for and amazing breakfast tmrw morning. Check out the pictures to see!

Best Thai food I've ever had! Everything was fresh and of high quality. We ordered take out (which was convenient using their online ordering via the website) and everything was packed up neatly for easy transport... And they included everything we needed (utensils, napkins, sauces).
When we walked into the restaurant to pick up the order, we were greeted and thanked by every employee in the place-even the cooks in the kitchen. It was so nice and just added to the great experience we had dining on their delicious food.
Their pineapple fried rice is a MUST have-so flavorful and full of pineapple and cashew pieces. I wish I could order some right now and have it sent to NY lol-it was so delicious and much better than any other Thai restaurant I've been to. The panang I had was also top notch-and there was plenty of the sauce unlike some others I've had. The spring rolls and dumplings were fantastic, perfectly crispy and super flavorful. For dessert I recommend trying the fried banana served with coconut ice cream-So good and perfect after the savory stuff.

OMG! Like the owner said...Food just like momma makes!

We showed up early on Sunday and was surprised with a Brunch of sorts. From traditional rice porridge to a twist on an American breakfast...SO GOOD! This is an awesome addition to their dinner options.

This place was delicious, cozy, clean and the food was perfect. We got the mussels, which came in a light white wine garlicky sauce with toasted bread, the chicken skewers were tender and moist, the pad Thai was great and the special seafood plate came in a metal pot that kept it warm. Get the budda beer too, it's a great light lager.

OMG!!!! Soooo good!!!! Even busy during the winter time, they still make the food soo delicate, with little fried basil and cute grape tomatoes. The curry sauce is the best I ever had in the states, no kidding. Drunken noodle, awesome!!!! The Thai girl is really nice very good service!even the water is filtered! I love that!

Love this restaurant. I had green curry and mango sticky rice (an iconic Thai dessert). Both of them were great. The staff is so friendly. Even though the restaurant was busy, they took good care of everyone. They are amazing!

My family and I craved Thai food while we are on spring break at Vail. We found Thai Kitchen online and decided to venture out. We arrived around 8:30pm (30 minutes prior to closing) and was seated right away. We ordered a couple of appetizers (Chicken Satay and Thai Jeep) and both were good. My wife ordered Thai Iced Tea and she enjoyed it.

For our main course, we ordered four dishes. Pad Thai, Pad See Ew, Thai Fried Rice, and Penang. We liked all four. We had room for dessert. Sticky rice with mango.

Both service and food was good. If we ever have a craving for Thai food, we would definitely come back!

We love this spot! They are great with dietary restrictions as well as customer service. The place is small so make a reservation or go early! Best hole in the wall in Eagle County with such authentic Thai food.

I got the Chicken Drunken Noodles and they are Fire!!! So good! I did get mine medium spicy and it needed more spice for me so next time I’ll get the very spicy. They are very friendly, cheers

This place is my go to here in the valley! I try to venture out and try new places but I end up eating here at least once a week. Authentic Thai food that's delicious EVERY time. And Patty - who owns the place with her husband makes everyone feel so welcomed and at home. You can't help but smile when talking to her.
My go to is the drunken noodles w/ chicken. I've also tried the red & green curries, both delicious but do still favor the drunken noodles. Just recently I tried the fresh spring rolls (emphasis on the fresh!) - they were by far the best ones I've had.. light, refreshing and flavorful! Give this place a go.. you'll be hooked :)

Place has awesome food. Nice stop after a day of Vail skiing. Kids love it too.

This was a great surprise, with great tasting food and quick service. Ordered the chicken drunken noodle and chicken pad Thai, both were excellent and plentiful - yes, well worth the price. If you’re staying in Vail and want great Thai food, drive the 10 minutes to this little gem.

Dinner was delicious and everyone in the restaurant was kind. They were honest and upfront about having difficulty keeping up with demand in the valley and I really appreciated that and my expectations were appropriately set…even if they needed quite a while to prepare my order. Look forward to the next time we order from here and will give them plenty of time. Again, food was quite good. Highly recommend

Best Thai food, we literally ordered most things on the menu and they were all delicious! Best Thai spice ever! We will order from here every time we are in town! Cannot recommend this place enough! The staff is so kind & sweet too!

Was initially not going to come in because the prices are kind of high. Was totally worth it though. Food was awesome! Best Thai food in the mountains. Still wish it was a little cheaper, but food was so good!

Delicious and authentic food served by a friendly staff in a cozy location. They even offer a separate vegan and vegetarian menu which is amazing :-)

Outstanding pad see-ew! Their dried chiles are really spicy, even at medium spice, and the Thai spicy level comes with fresh chiles, which are awesome! The tea in their Thai iced tea was great, and it was the best Thai iced tea I've had in a while.
