Whoever was working the night shift at 2am is great. I have had mostly bad fast food experiences recently but everything came out as ordered and quickly! Give that boy a raise!

Arrived at 0900 and left at 0926. I felt this location deserves a much higher rating. The staff was very friendly to me and my service dog. The space McDonalds occupies is also a lot cleaner than other locations. I think the bad reviews are from the up tight ppl who live in Castle Rock with nothing better to complain about. It’s McDonald’s not a miracle 💯

2024-Feb. I ordered via app and they got my order correctly.

Drive drive-through line was quick too!

Placed an order in the mobile app. But there was confusion between the mobile app and the store. The manager on site which I didn’t get his name was amazing.

Had the order made on the spot fries were very fresh. 10 out of 10.

I give it 5⭐, for a few reasons I'll share.....The young lady who took my family's order was so patient and nice, it made ordering with 3 boys ages 3,9 ,11 almost delightful. And normally I strive to find the cleanest table which was easy here because they were all sparkling! The finishing touch though at one of the nicest McDonalds I've been too in a years, was the nice and clean restrooms, which is not so common at any fast food restaurants theses days and they were very clean i might add.

This mccdonalds had amazing service. From the young man who took the order and money to the young lady who gave out the food. Smiles and kindness are very hard to come by. I appreciate their great service. We could use that kind of service in the springs for sure. Great job

Years ago, I gave this place one star. We thought we’d try it again and they were fantastic. They really turned it around. here’s what you need to do. Get the McDonald’s app and put it on your smart phone. It takes a little while to learn how to use it but it’s pretty straightforward. You can save a bundle by entering your own order on your smart phone, then, all you have to do is do the drive-through or pick it up and give an assigned code. You’ll get all kinds of special deals and free food with the app. We save 33% to 50% every time we use it. We pay on the app so all we have to do is pick up our food.

Good breakfast, one of my favorites is McMuffin with ham.

Stopped in the morning for a breakfast burrito and coffee. Brenden is amazing, very hard worker, professional, friendly. My food came out hot / fast and it was very busy.

Dining at drive through. Ice cream cone and fries were good. Love the McDonald's app and the kid at the drive through counter was nice.

I would like to recognize Brendon. I go into McD’s every Saturday morning and watch this man work. He can expo and multi task like no other. Hard worker!!!

Just a quick drive-thru to get coffees. But the service was wonderful, the people were really nice!

Was greeted by an amazing young lad, didn’t get his name but he had such a kind voice and was working front desk. He was actively helping customers and had nothing but positivity emanating from him. The manager was out front discussing interview times with a potential new hire and she seem d extremely friendly as well. Wish the best to all the staff here great work guys and the fries have always been fresh so thank you!

Just came through this McDonald’s to be helped by the sweetest kid. We didn’t even get his name but let me just say, his parents raised him right! You turned our whole day around by just being friendly. He wasn’t even on the clock when he took our order.
