Enjoyed a fantastic breakfast with a special someone here for the first time and we plan to visit again very soon. Our awesome experience started with a very personable greeting and introduction. A wide variety offered lots of choices. We got the cinnamon bread on suggestion and thoroughly enjoyed it.

The seating is comfortable and is separate from the counter which provides some nice ambience.

All of the staff were very friendly and gave a family-run vibe.

Will certainly be visiting again.

Such chill vibes...like you walked into a friends house. The staff is friendly and food came out fast. All the taste buds did a dance as bites went one after another. We got the huevos rancheros and the tres tacos with a side of refried beans. Well balanced, fresh, and so very tasty! We will be back for sure. It's a must try in Castle Pines.

UPDATE: Not only is their food pretty amazing (this morning. I had the breakfast tacos and they were delicious), they also treated my friend’s dog so well! One of their employees came out to sit with the puppy while we ordered and then brought him a bowl of water, which we truly appreciated! We also shared an order if French toast and they were yummy!!!

Great breakfast joint. Very clean. Not sure if it's a chain or not. If not kudos to the owners because it can hold its own. Food was really good. Servers seemed on point. Food came out quick. Dog friendly patio seating was a bonus too. I will be back when back in the state.

Donna is so important to the neighborhood with her friendly demeanor and great management. Pierce will welcome you by name if he knows it. I drive over 20 minutes just for the good food and great atmosphere. Give them a try.

This place rocks. We love it here. You wait in line to order and they bring your food out 5 minutes later. Green chili on the breakfast burrito is my go to. Skillets and omelets and coffee drinks are amazing too. Everyone that works there is so friendly.

Great breakfast spot! Had a carnitas burrito stuffed with hollandaise with some green chile on the side. The meat was incredibly tender and flavorful. Father in law and his friend had a skillet and both of them said it was phenomenal!

It was a little busy when we went in on a Monday morning and the server was a bit stressed due to needing to make 7 cappuccinos/lattes (I feel that) but everyone was friendly and we got our food quickly!

Would 100% go again for a quick breakfast.

Service was exceptional. The Tucker sandwich - one of the best breakfasts I've ever tasted. Spinach so fresh and all of it, DELICIOUS.

Outstanding! This is a locally owned restaurant, and what makes it special is well several things. First, it's locally owned, Donna and her family have fought through COVID and are still standing strong. Second, it's the staff -- high school and college aged students working in front of and behind the scenes. What stands out the most is their professionalism! Waaat? Polite, courteous, and with a great attitude? Could it be that it's because this place is located on Happy Canyon Road? Not sure, but whatever the reason, the kids alone are worth a visit here. Finally, it's their approach to the food. #MIYO stands for "Make It Your Own" and that is the next best thing to being at home except for here, you don't have to do the dishes! Breakfast or lunch, if you're in the area, this will not disappoint. And if you're not in the area...you may want to think of a reason to! #LiveRemarkably

This is such an adorable place for a drink, snack, or meal. The staff was so helpful and friendly. The atmosphere was casual and clean. There is even an entire separate room for additional seating. Highly recommend this place for a quick drink to go or to dine in breakfast or lunch.

Casual atmosphere, great service and a nice variety of meals, snacks, treats and of course coffee. This kitchen and team deserves respect.

We came for breakfast before going to the shops. This place is wonderful. Food came out super fast. Bacon is crispy but not burned…simply amazing. Modern atmosphere. Lots of breakfast options. Prices fair for the large portion that you get. Keep up the great work.

This was my 2nd time there and both times the food and service were great. Very busy when we got there, but there was plenty of seating both inside and out, so no problem finding a table once we ordered our food. I live in the Colorado Springs area so it's over an hour to get there, but it's a nice destination for a Sunday morning motorcycle ride. I highly recommend!

My biggest issue is that there isn’t anything I have to complain about ;) food and portions were great! The staff is amazing. I love to support a good local cafe/spot and this has definitely earned my support. I live in the DTC, in the heart of all the popular eateries/restaurants, but would much rather drive down 20 minutes to eat here again. Will definitely be taking my out of town people here for a nice relaxing breakfast/lunch.

My partner and I drive from Brighton to have breakfast at this wonderful cafe!! The food is so fresh and tasty😊 The staff are so friendly and accommodating. The best breakfast in Colorado hands down.

Just tasted the quesadilla. Absolutely bursting with flavor! Always busy but definitely worth the wait. Dog friendly outside and the manager is wonderful! Absolutely coming back!
