The gentleman who answered the phone & explained the different services provided was very friendly & helpful in booking a surprise facial for my mom. The lovely Chauntel did an amazing job. My mom had such a great time chatting with her & was very pleased with her facial. Parking is easy & free. The salon was cute, clean & decorated so fun & festively for Halloween. A great experience overall.

Janene listened to what I wanted and created it into reality. Lovin’ my low lights and fun, bouncy curls.

First haircut and style in 2 1/2 years (thank you pandemic). Janene took a whopping 30 minutes for a wash, cut and style. I will definitely go back. She is my super star.

This is an excellent salon. The staff is well versed in men's haircuts and fresh styling. The manager, David, has always been very kind and very generous during my visits allowing me to get my hair just the way I wanted. Best salon in Spokane.

Brooke does a great job! Had my hair colored, eyebrows waxed, a much needed relaxing pedicure, and a nice conversation with a great gal! Plus, you can order from the Latah Bistro next door and enjoy flatbread and a glass of wine during your spa day!

Elite is a must go! Staff is fun and the environment is relaxing and inviting. They preform speciality services and are fully staffed to get you in.

This was my first visit. I really enjoyed the whole experience and felt so pampered. Thank you! Cannot wait to try many more of the services offered!

Laurel is the best! Everyone at the salon is extremely knowledgeable, and they do a great job at everything. They treat their clients like family. I would be a mess without Elite :)
