Ross Dress for Less

Went to exchange some pants one of the days it snowed like a foot so it was pretty much dead in there. I was the only customer until a couple kids walked in. Anyway, the exchange was simple a d smooth and I was in my way.

Always love the store. It never disappoints I never walk out empty-handed

Ross is Great often offers different products. Tuesday is Seniors discount day.

Great store but empty half of the time.

Friendly workers and good service. New stuff is put on the floor almost daily.

I went out for the first time in months without my service animal or another person being with me. It was going well until I noticed a man that had been behind me for at least the past 5 aisles I had gone to. I thought maybe I was being paranoid but then I heard his camera as he took two pictures, I turned around and he immediately turned his phone away from me. I was alone and stressed and I didn’t know what to do about it so I just walked away to a different aisle and he continued to follow me and even attempted to talk to me. I walked away again and the manager approached me. She asked if I knew the man that had tried to speak to me, and I told her no and that I thought he might’ve been taking photos of me earlier. She told me he definitely had been. She said that she and another employee would stay near me, and they absolutely did. She stood right next to me, and when he tried to come down the same aisle I was in, the employee immediately walked up and stood right in front of me as he passed by. Just a minute later they decided to kick him out, and he realized what was going on. He walked out very quickly while they followed him all the way to the door. I went to try on a few items and the woman running the dressing room told me she was so sorry I had to deal with that. I expressed my concern that he may be waiting in the parking lot and she said she would have someone check and make sure, and that someone would walk me to my car in case he was still out there. He did wait outside for another 20-30 minutes. One of the ladies went outside and watched him until he left, and she guaranteed me he was gone, and watched me until I was inside my vehicle. All of this is to say that this was a horrible situation, especially considering this was the first time I had gone out without my service animal or another person in months. It could’ve been so much worse, but these 3 women were doing more than their job. They were paying attention, they were protective when I was massively vulnerable without my service dog, and they handled this situation with so much professionalism, understanding, and compassion. They did everything completely correctly, and in the moment I was so rattled I didn’t get their names. But I came back the next day with my service dog, and got a list of their names. These women deserve to be acknowledged a million times.

The first time I had gone out without my service animal or another person to take care of me, this was what happened. In any other store, I have no doubt it would’ve gone unnoticed. But these ladies were paying attention, they were so protective of me, and they handled it like absolute professionals. They were so protective that even though I didn’t have my service dog, I felt okay. These women represent exactly what every woman and man should be aspiring to. They are amazing and they deserve the whole world. I hope these ladies see this. It was such a horrible situation but I came out of it safely because of them. They are absolutely heroes and they deserve this recognition. Such wonderful women to be going beyond their job description to make another woman feel safe and taken care of. The way they helped me is indescribable. I’ll never be able to thank them enough.

The store, items and staff have always been great. They have lots of stock and great prices. It's hard to stack items in your cart because the choices and prices are good!

This Ross location is always clean and organized.

Friendly customer service, clean with large aisles. Do wish it had a better selection of almost everything. Blame Corporate not local management.
Have a question? Just ask an associate. You'll see them all over; putting out merchandise, organizing, greeting... Like every store right now, this one is short staffed. Yet, you get all the above. This is my Ross store! Love it!

Always have loved Ross. Prices are great. I've purchased from almost every department. The pots and pans actually are pretty good. I bought a weight watcher's wok there 5 yrs ago and finally have to toss it out and replace it because it's been dropped so much the lid doesn't fit right and it really just needs to be retired. They are where I'm going to get the replacement from.

It's a very organized and very clean. It's better than the one that is up north, But not much people I see in this store when I do go. But it is very peaceful to get my things that I am going to get. Not crowed or nosie i like to shop here at Ross Dress for less.

Very clean and organized Ross. Staff all friendly, and bathrooms and changing rooms are clean. Not much selection in terms of size 12 mens footwear as it must be very popular, but other sizes seemed adequately stocked. Not overly busy on weekday either so makes for a more relaxed shopping experience.

Ross has changed in such a good positive way, they have a loss prevention officer on site they also have the checkout in a certain order which is awesome. I still love this store!
