Mountain View Hospital at Grand Teton Surgical Center

Had a colonoscopy this morning. I can't say enough about the staff. Gretchen and Sandra were sweet and amazing. David was very nice explained what he was going to do. Dr Hendrix explained everything also. Wonderful bedside manner. Its so nice to be taken care of by such wonderful caring professionals.

Went here for a procedure that is a little uncomfortable for most people. Even though they were really busy the took the time to make me at ease. The staff had a great sence of humor and the procedure was a breeze. Thank you everyone at Grand teton surgery for making this easy. For anyone dreading the colonoscopy procedure, just relax, it's in and out and your on your way home!

From ease of check in to sitting one on one with a patient to bringing a heated blanket, the care one receives at the surgical center is exemplary. The only minor hiccup is that the bathroom opens right into the waiting room, so go before you go. Other than that, I highly recommend this facility.

Very friendly staff! Got treated promptly and got lots of extra warm blankets when I asked for them. I really liked how energetic the nurses were. They made it a positive experience even though a colonoscopy was embarrassing for me. Thank you!

Friendly courteous professional staff

Recently had my second Colonoscopy here. Fantastic service from my nurse Sarah to David the anesthesiologist to Dr Warner all were fantastic and great to work with.

Most unprofessional place I have been for medical care. They are more concerned with how quickly they can do your procedure than the quality of care. Multiple nurses laughing and talking about drinking doing drugs and smoking pot. I was told the doctor and anesthesiologist would talk to me before my procedures, neither did. The nurse in procedure room busted my lip open putting spacer in my mouth because she didn't look where she slammed it into my mouth. The anesthesiologist is just shy of abusive, I am on disability and do have some physical disabilities he took no time to understand what he was asking me to do I am unable to do in that way. Pushing me down on the bed with his hand between my shoulder blades just below my neck has caused undo discomfort. If you wanted to be treated like a number this is your place.
