AT&T Store

March 9,2024. I went to the AT&T Store, 2890 South 25th E this morning with issues on my phone. Adam greet me and asked how he could help. I explained the problems. He was very patient, kind and helpful to resolve the problems with my phone. He told me to come back anytime when I had any problems and they could help me. I'm nearly 80 and not up on all the cellphone technology I would recommend Adam as he was so helpful. Nancy K.

If you are an AT&T member or wanting to be one, come to the Idaho Falls location and ONLY ever visit the Idaho Falls location. All their staff is amazing and willing to help! Lukas was incredible helping me understand my phone plan and ways the lower it. The manager was great to explain contractual wording I did not understand. This location has the most amazing reps! Thank you guys!

Our rep was very helpful and knowledgeable. He made sure we got the most value for our trade in, which we were very relieved about. Everything was seamless. As for getting in quickly, it certainly helped that no one was there at noon on a Monday. We came in on the previous Saturday and were told it'd be an hour wait, so we chose to try again another day.

Phone battery was done and would not recharge, looked up my account and found out that I was paying for insurance to replace. He then gave me the address and claim number to take my phone for replacement battery. I was able to pick it up with new battery at 5:00 that day. Was very helpful to an old guy. Me.

Shout out to Lorenzo who saved the day for me. I had been to a different AT&T store to fix a sim card issue and they were unable to figure out my issue. He was able to get my phone working again in less than 10 minutes.

These guys are awesome. Very attentive when you walk in and work quickly to help you with whatever you are needing. You won’t be disappointed if you choose them for your cell service

Great customer service. Casey helped us out and showed us all the new tricks with the newest iPhones. Made an appointment online and didn’t wait to get helped even with a bunch of other customers there. Recommend working with Casey if you can!

Quick competent professional help. We had avoided getting new phones, dreaded the idea of swapping in 3 phones! BUT the staff, Lorenzo and Matt made our experience Fantastic! Highly recommend! We left feeling all our questions were answered, all accessories purchased and our new phones downloaded ready to go. Could not have asked for a better experience!!!

An expert salesman, Zack, provided exceptional service this morning. He solved the problems associated with the transfer of data from an old phone to a newly purchased one. He scrutinized my account very carefully, offered options and sound recommendations. I can't say enough about his deep knowledge, thorough professionalism and friendly manner. He was patient with my questions and provided excellent and clear instructions with regard to the upgraded features that I am now enjoying. I hope Zack is in the store whenever I need assistance. I had an awesome experience with Casey. He is very friendly, very knowledgeable of products and inventory. He explained all promotions and best of all is that he is not a pushy salesman. Highly recommend Casey in Idaho falls.

When I came in to upgrade to the iPhone 14 Pro Max, it was a very easy and smooth experience at this AT&T store. All the sales reps were super nice, and the manager was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I felt like a valued customer who really is cared about and listened to, which can be rare these days. Whether you’re a noob when it comes to phones, or you really know your stuff, this store will take great care of you.
