Only decent price in town for a white collared shirt for my 12 year old boy. He's texture sensitive and he likes the feel of the shirt whereas he didn't like other places like Walmart. Got a nice pair of slacks for him and myself with the savings. Go here first!

Ferrell’s has been around for years and years, too many to count. In all those years many things have changed in their business except for 1 thing…their outstanding customer service! 29yrs ago they fitted us for my wedding and last weekend they fitted my oldest son for his and of course my son left feeling like he mattered and his wedding mattered. I could go on and on but truly if you want to be treated with good ole fashion honest, genuine kindness and gratitude, shop at Ferrell’s. You won’t be disappointed!

Ferrell's has been in business in Idaho Falls for many, many years. Nevertheless, when I found myself needing a suit recently, I nearly forgot about it. I checked out Dillard's (some nice, expensive suits there), and Amazon (some reasonably priced suits that didn't fit right when they arrived), and I looked at some other options. Anyway, when I walked into Ferrell's everything just kind of clicked. They had quite a large selection and a pleasant salesperson who helped me find a suit that fit perfectly, that cost only about $300, and that looks pretty darn good. It's polyester, not wool, so it clearly is not the best suit in the world. Still, for my current needs, a pretty good suit at a pretty good price was just what I needed. So, if you're looking for a pretty good suit at a pretty good price, Ferrell's may have the answers for you.

Even though I just went here to buy a belt, they had an awesome selection of dress apparel, Ties, belts, shoes, etc. The staff members I also met were also really nice and helpful. They cut my belt to make sure it fit correctly before I purchased it. I would highly recommend going here over an other store.

Fantastic experience! I'm not a guy that likes to shop for clothing let alone a new suit. But in this case I had to for my daughter's wedding. I was able to walk in and immediately get assistance and finding a suit and they helped make sure it fit right. They're altering the length of the pants for me at no additional cost and are calling for a pickup. Overall this was a fantastic experience and I was able to get in and out in less than 30 minutes which I can't tell you how overjoyed I am at being able to have it all taken care of so quickly. I highly recommend Farrell for a new suit!

We took our son to get items for his mission. Even though our family joined the Church when he was 6 years old, he is the first to go on a mission and preparing is a bit overwhelming. Skyler took excellent care of us, helping him find 2 Suits, additional dress pants, shirts, shoes, & socks. I really appreciated that they tailor the pants to fit perfectly and will then ship them to save us another 8 hour round trip (WELL worth it!). Excellent quality products and good prices. I HIGHLY recommend Ferrell’s Clothing!!!

Wonderful, low pressure atmosphere! We’re sending our first missionary out & don’t live locally. When we came in just trying to get a feel for things, they were informative but not pushy. After purchasing a bulk of his needed items, we received a text that his slacks were done being hemmed & ready for pick up. The owner Dana worked with us over text on helping to accumulate more clothing that wasn’t in stock & some that we were still deciding on. He put things on hold until we could get into the store too. He was a great personal shopping assistant! 😊I know this is how they make sales, but to truly feel taken care of & helped through the entire process was a lot of stress taken away during a new experience for us. We will be coming back again when we send our next missionary out! Excellent service!! ❤

My fiance and I came here feeling discouraged after a bummer of a time at Men's Warehouse. But Ferrell's was amazing. The two young men working here were so responsive and helpful. They answered all my fiance's questions and helped him get the perfect suit and vest for our wedding! And the suit was on sale, so we wound up paying less than expected at the register! Definitely will recommend this store to others.

Previous to my mission, I bought all of my suits there where they gave me a great deal and I was able to purchase everything I needed for my mission. They were very helpful and attentive. I felt like they genuinely cared about me which is refreshing.
When I got married my family and I purchased all of the ties for the family there. They were really helpful even willing to order anything I wanted.
I stop in on occasion when I am relatively close by and visit with the owner. He is a friendly man and sharp enough to remember me even though he hardly knows me. I would recommend this store to anyone.

Ferrell's has assisted us in sending out 2 missionaries. They have fabulous customer service. We have lived in 2 other states since moving from Eastern Idaho and they have the best prices on suits and white shirts that I have seen anywhere and the quality is superb. They keep all sizing on file so when my son in S Korea needed new shoes, they pulled a pair for me and I picked them up when I was traveling through Idaho. It is such a relief to have someone to work with who really understands the need of our missionaries and provides great service. I will continue to use Ferrell's for our missionary needs, even if I have to travel to get there.

Great experience. Went to Ferrell's and another place in Idaho Falls in the same day. At Ferrell's, the clothes were better quality, the prices were better, and the suit was ready twice as fast as the other place, and the service was far superior. I spent an hour at Mens warehouse just trying on different items to find something that I only kind of liked. I was in and out of Ferrell's in 30 minutes with two awesome suits for half what I would have spent at MW.

The owner of the store went out of his way to actually hand deliver some pants for my husband that had been altered and weren't quite ready for pick up. This kind of personal service was so appreciated and will keep this business running for many years. Thank you for taking such great care of your customers!

We went there to specifically get shoes for our soon to be missionary. They were extremely helpful and very professional in their service. They also had many other items that were on our list to get there as well. We ended up getting our shoes, shower shoes, some socks, belts, shoe shining kit, and they gave us a free pair of socks, sewing kit, ordinance card, and a booklet to remind him of everything that mom has taught him (lol). Highly recommend this place. Especially for soon to be missionaries and their families.

Great prices on quality dress clothes. Their staff actually knows their stuff and will get you set up with the right styles and cuts. One of the best things about Ferrell's is that they are a local company that has supported Idaho Falls for decades.

Ferrell’s was recommended by a couple friends of mine for a suit and they were spot on. The employee was very helpful and had an answer for every question I asked. Ended up purchasing a couple suits and am very pleased with my decision.
