Gary C was super helpful when I needed to exchange for the correct part after a different person sold me the wrong part and I couldn't find the receipt. I was a little snappy because I was having a bad day, however, he was still super nice and even made a few jokes to put me at ease. It was a pleasant experience on a not so good day.

The crew at AutoZone on 17th have been great to work with over the last year or so. Today an employee (Gary) really went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of.
I usually bounce between the different parts places in town depending on availability, but these guys have definitely earned my loyalty!
I highly recommend them for anyone looking for top-notch customer service and parts.

I had issues with my tires and needed a tire iron. Went in with the specific size needed and they were very helpful to show me exactly where it was and answered any additional questions. I know sometimes in industries like this it’s easy for customers to feel looked down in for a lack of knowledge but these guys where genuine with me and wanted to help. I really appreciate it.

tessa was so kind and made feel safe. she helped me with my windshield wipers and was very patient with me. she taught me well and i appreciate her very much!

After getting bad wipers installed at another parts store earlier in the day, it started to rain heavily. No sooner had I deployed the new wipers than they both fell off. I drove quickly to Auto Zone on 17th street and they had the defective wipers refunded and new ones installed in min. Very helpful and kind manager. Funny too. Which is most important.

Super helpful and ran a quick Dx check and gave us a better idea of what our check engine light was about. Far more help than the dealership we had just come from.

Stopped by to use obd scanner for our truck as we were passing through town. Nicole helped us and was really friendly. We were taken care of quickly and on our way again. Awesome to get great service when you drop in a new place!!!

These guys never let me down! I stopped in last time for wiper blades, it was raining and I was in desperate need of new wiper blades, (one of my blades was held on by a zip tie) so I went in and grabbed the size recommend as OEM in a google search and some windshield washer fluid. At checkout I told the gentleman I had searched online and these sizes were recommended. He did a quick search in their system and turns out , for these particular wipers I needed a different size for passenger side! Thank goodness he checked! After finishing up he asked if I needed any help replacing them, I replied "yeah I might" .. he didn't hesitate to come out and replace the blades and asked if I needed help with anything else,I didn't so in no time I was on my way. Whether it's required or not, he didn't hesitate and was eager to help, and every time I've been there each of the employees have treated me respectfully , were eager to help and have taken time to explain anything I did not understand, and answer my questions. Many times I have been told by other similar stores one thing, and stopped in AutoZone for second opinions or price comparisons.. and in the end found out the other places had it all wrong and AutoZone had what I actually needed in stock and I was safely back on the road in no time. Now I just stick with them! I highly recommend this place!

I can't say enough about the staff at this Auto zone. We got stranded on a road trip with a flat tire and stripped lug nuts. They stayed open for us after hours just so we could get the lug nuts and make it home. I don't know if I'll ever shop at another auto parts store for my life. Thank you!!!!

As i was checking out i had asked if any one had any idea how hard it was going to be to replace the part i just purchased. They told me it was pretty easy and one man volunteered to help me once the store slowed down. Thank goodness he did because i would have done it without unhooking the battery which would have ended badly for me. He went above and beyond what he needed to do. He was polite and completely professional. Often when someone dose things like this for me i get asked for my number or something and was almost waiting for it, however he kept it professional and even pointed out a few things i may need to keep an eye on for the future.

Best auto parts store in town. I have purchased quite a few things in the past few weeks for my project car from here and they have given me nothing but good service. The prices are fair here and you can always leave knowing your getting quality parts. I recommend anyone looking for parts to give AutoZone a call.

Recently went in to pick up a part I ordered online. They helped me get the right one and because of some confusion in price (wrong order on my part) they totally hooked us up. Adam the customer rep was beyond helpful! He contacted his boss by cell phone who was equally awesome. I will buy in person at this store faithfully. Top notch people!
