If you’re looking for sake of all ranges of quality, including ones that are exquisitely made with care and concerned for both production and sourcing of materials, go to this shop.
The woman who helped me (maybe the owner?) was knowledgeable and kind, which is something that makes me want to frequent this local business even more. There are also some accessories, and drinking vessels.

This is a small shop with an extensive selection of sake. The staff are super friendly and knowledgeable—Nadine knows everything!! We shop here every time we visit Oahu and buy a few different bottles. All we do is ask Nadine to suggest some different bottles to try and we always enjoy what we get!

Came here on Saturday, April 29, 2023, for the Islander Sake Brewery sake tasting and to talk story with Master brewer and owner of Islander Sake Brewery, Chiaki Takahashi and co-owner Tama Hirose.

Great selection of Japanese and local sake from inexpensive to rare, all super fresh and well curated, shochu, beer and others, for gifts or for yourself, whether you're a novice or an expert. They take time to explain it and will help you choose the perfect brew.

This is probably the best sake option in town. Great selection in 720ml and 1.8L magnum bottles at below market prices. I recommend the Dassai 45 for an all around good sake at a cheap price or step it up a bit with the Kokuryu Black Dragon. The owner is super nice, even bubble wrapped my sake bottles when I told her I was packing them in my check-in bag.

This is an excellent sake shop located in the Kakaako neighborhood. The owners/staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. I especially enjoy their seasonal specials from various sake breweries in Japan--which are sake not normally found in US store shelves. What makes them even more memorable is the histories/story behind each brewery and the particular sake. The owners put a lot of pride and effort in this shop and it shows. Sign up for their newsletters and start enjoying excellent sake. Kanpai!

A small but extremely well stocked sake shop. Nadine (the owner) is very knowledgeable and can provide the perfect pairing for you. She provides an in depth description and how it will taste as well as where it was made and the steps used to finish the product. If you are a beginner to sake or have been drinking it for years, this is the best stop to find new and delicious sake.

If you don't know about this place, you better get there now. Its a small shop but has what you want. The staff there is very knowledgeable about the sake. Though everything is in Japanese, ask the staff what you like and they know. So far I haven't had anything that they recommend that I didn't like. Also you need to be on their email list too. They bring in limited items in and if you miss it, sorry you missed out BIG time. And you need to follow them on IG to see the new items. Also if you ask them nicely, they will hold them for you. This is the place for all your sake lovers friends and family. And theybhave great gift sets too.

Small shop that's tucked in the corner of a small building. They have a decent selection of sake and a small selection of other spirits. I found out about this place because I was helping a friend return a sake barrel that he had rented for his wedding. It seems like their inventory has a little bit of something for all budgets. There were some new stuff that I haven't seen before and ended up buying to give them a try. The person who helped me was very knowledgeable about most of the whiskeys, quick to look up the information on the stuff she didn't know, and had really good recommendations on what to get. I'll definitely go back when I'm ready to get a new bottle of whiskey or sake.

The owner, Nadine was so wonderful & helpful to us. She's so well informed & helped us choose several sake bottles for our family's get together. It will be their 1st time to try sake. I'm so excited to see their expressions on their faces. Big Mahalo Nadine!!!
