We’ve been on the road for 30 hours from the west coast.
I cannot begin to express the great experience we had this morning. Between very kind ordering, patient with me because I’m always difficult, quick service and quality, hot food and exquisitely mixed drinks. We were very tired driving in, and you guys changed our whole morning and gave us a great boost of positive energy and happiness. My brother won’t shut up about you guys😂💜. And I love what you did for our day. I’ve managed quick service for 17 years… and the culture and team effort is apparently a core focus for you all. Great job. Great people. From my heart to yours, thank you. To managers, take care of your team. These guys have passion for their guest experience and their representation. 💪🏽🙏🏽

I came back to dunkin today after not going for a while bc of bad past experiences, but it looks like it’s under new management and new people! Drive thru was so fast! Before I had to wait around 30 mins in a drive thru with only 3 ppl ahead of me! My latte tastes amazing and so does the food! Much love it’s definitely way better than before!

The folks here are awesome! I called the store to place a last minute order for an ice cream birthday cake and they were so quick to accommodate. The cake came out absolutely beautiful and the birthday was saved! I will be going to this location only going forward.

I visit this location a few times a week and never have had a bad experience. Each staff member is equally pleasant as well as precise with my coffee order. They are kind and always say hello to my toddler in the back seat. Very welcoming and their service why I return to this specific location!

I have to say the new owners of this location have really turned it around! Everyone is so kind and patient and the quality of food has gotten better!

The coffee cake muffin and free coffee were top notch! But the service was just up another level, they treated me great, and food was super fast. Will defintely come by more often!

Friendly employees, excellent service, and food and drinks prepared perfectly every time. I stop here every morning even though it's a little out of my way because I know the order will be perfect. A+++!

This is a great Dunkin’ Donuts has excellent staff and as fast as they can. They always serve you with a smile and do the absolute best they can at this location. I would recommend this ice cream location, Baskin-Robbins to anyone that is hungry for some nice coffee or some nice ice cream or both. This is a Dual location, Dunkin’ Donuts and Baskin Robbins, which makes it quite tasty and a stop on your drive for sure on your way anywhere.

Good place to grab a coffee, hot or cold, and either a bite for breakfast or a sweet snack. Rarely have any issues here and most team members are very polite, curtious, and respectful. Many times only one or two working, so be kind and respectful to them in turn. They are doing the best they can what with being short-staffed. One of my only real issues is that NO ONE EVER ANSWERS THE PHONE!

Best Dunkin I have ever been too! They are so quick & do the best they can to get the line moving. Always have nice attitudes, even when people aren’t so nice back! Absolutely amazing, would rate 10 stars if i could!

Great service. The girls working the drive through...I think her name is teeghan? She was so sweet and very helpful! Frozen hot cocoas are our favorite item and they did not disappoint today. The munchkins were very fresh. All around great experience

Bhupesh was very nice and accommodating when I asked for a region-specific item that was not on the menu. I really appreciated his patience and willingness to give me what I asked for.

I cannot give enough 5 stars to this place. I ordered from the other Dunkin in Ofallon through the app - and they did not even open that morning. I came to this Dunkin and told them about how I had a group order of 6 dozen doughnuts and 7 boxes of jo and they QUICKLY bounced into action to help me get the items for my event. Literally saved the day! All the while they were fulfilling other orders and the drive through orders. I have not seen a team as positive, helpful and calm. Thank you SO much to Maddie, Haley, Kirsten and Angel. Dream team.

And I was able to make it back to my event 5 minutes before it started with the coffee and donuts, which as my team said, saved the morning.

I was promptly greeted by very friendly and help staff, eager to take my order. I find this location usually well staffed. Make sure to get there earlier in the day for the best selection as their great tasting donuts can go quickly. Particularly the weekends. I have my favorites, but when I've gotten assortments for work or meetings they all get gobbled up. Great coffee and we'll - of course they go great together.

I visit this dunkin 5 days a week, Maddie and Haley are excellent! They always have my mobile order ready to go. They have great customer service, its always a good start to my day!

Great ice cream just like I remember as a kid. My son says it's the best vanilla ice cream on earth!

We just swung thru real quick on a long road trip…they made an impression, though, by offering my dog a Puppicino! It was a small cup filled to the brim with whipped cream…she absolutely loved it. It meant a lot because we were all feeling so exhausted already and had a very long time left to go.
The attendant was very kind and smiley. It was easy to order and everything was made quickly. We ordered donuts, drinks, and a breakfast sandwich. Very happy with our experience!
