Horrible customer service for parking.
When problems arise with THEIR parking infrastructure and parking gets backed up, when you call into their assistance they're more keen on taking personal info than provide a solution and getting people in and out of parking.
Some poor girl who is a monthly card holder was stuck at the gate for like 20 minutes and they kept telling her that they'd open it remotely. gate never opened lol and she was just stuck there the whole time.

DO NOT PARK HERE FOR AFTER HOURS! There’s no signs specifying the time the garage closes and the website says it’s 24 hours but ITS NOT! I got my car stuck here at 1am when there’s free parking across the street….
