K.C. Was able to quickly diagnose a difficult bios issue on my PC and fix it. Despite how many different devices they are fixing you will feel like a priority. Great customer service and skilled workers.

Was feeling down on my luck so called up PC Laptops. Eddie over the phone was able to answer my questions and recommended I stop in. When I arrived I was ready to fall to my knees today had been so much. Eddie was able to solve my problem with my computer so fast. Andrew during this was helping me pick out some new additions for my computer. I left feeling greatful and satisfied for their deep and thorough assistance. My computer crashed in the middle of doing employee taxes a couple years ago. PC Laptops recovered everything for me, and got me into a laptop I love. They had it for me the same day because they knew how stressful my situation was. I will continue to drive from Wyoming because PC Laptops is worth the time and money. This is absolutely a trustworthy company with smart employees.

I went in because I had issues with loading into windows after installing a new motherboard. Andrew was happy to help. He got it fixed in under 10 minutes with absolutely no charge. This will be my go-to for future computer issues. ANDREW IS THE MAN!

I was in today and a spoke to Eddy. I was having a issue with a game running on a Girlfriend computer. He spent roughly 20 mins to help with the issue. Got it up and running. She is now playing her game while recovering for a surgery made her day. With saying this he did it for no charge!
Also talked me through the process and what need to happen so I can resolve the issue in the future!

Eddy is a dying breed. A true trusted expert in his field who wants to help people. Loved to see it.

PC laptops I'm in the market for a new computer will be coming by soon you have earned my business.

This place is great! I'm building a custom PC at home and was unable to get it to "post". Turns out the version of BIOS on the motherboard is too old for the CPU, so I brought everything in to PC Laptops to have them update the BIOS (something I couldn't do at home without an older CPU to plug into the motherboard to update it).

Anyway, when I came in the place was PACKED! Thankfully, all of the employees looked calm and I was helped quickly. I dropped off my PC and expected to have it take a few hours at least.

Oakley with PC Laptops called me about 45 minutes later saying he was already done! When I came back in, they said the PC booted right up without any issues (figures, I spent hours troubleshooting it at home and couldn't get it to boot). They updated the BIOS without having to use their CPU, and didn't charge me a thing for it.

I will definitely be referring my friends to this place, and will always come here first if I have issues down the road.

PC Laptop is a great shop to get your PC or Laptop repaired or updated. you can't beat the service and great staff. I live in AZ now but still call PC Laptop if I need tec suport.

Great place to go to. They took my laptop and did a free look over. Found my problem which was a dead motherboard. They were very nice and gave me lots of options. I would recommend getting your system fixed here. Also with the lifetime warranty they have on all their systems. I would come here for a new system as well.

Awesome guys out there. I stopped by to look for SSD mounting screws and needed just one. Kevin was very kind to look thru what they have and give me the exact one I needed, for free. Otherwise I would’ve gone to Best Buy and bought a set for $20 which would’ve been an overkill. Thanks again!

Came in for my overheating PC. Andrew helped me out with cleaning the dust off and reapplying thermal paste as part of their free service. Quick and easy, will be coming back if i need any repairs.
