The Best experience!

I cracked my tooth while at work on Saturday night. My normal dentist didn’t have any openings on Sunday but they told me to call Ala Moana Dental Care because they were the only other office open on a Sunday. Followed their advice and Ala Moana Dental Care was able to see me first thing Sunday morning and even gave me multiple options as far as times. Their Office is located by Ala Moana Mall and was fairly easy to find. Ample parking and the office was very clean. The Staff was amazing! Everyone was so helpful from their receptionists, to their Dental assistants and the Doctor! They were honest with the condition of my tooth which I appreciated and gave me a few recommendations and an estimate. They even took the time to explain the estimate to me and what was being covered by who. I ended up choosing to do an extraction. It went very well and I felt very well taken care of. Definitely recommend Ala Moana Dental Care to anyone who is thinking about it! If they were closer to my home I’d make them my main Dental office!

Very clean place and super nice staff there. The cleaning process was very nice and gentle. First time here and I’m so impressed. I already recommended to my friends to come here. The price was only $124 flat. First, they did X-ray your teeth and then cleaning the plaques and polish your teeth. After that the doctor check your oral again and they you good to go. Five stars for this dental center. Thank you

It was my first time here and the staff was super nice. I needed to find a new dentist and I loved the hours they have - open 7 days a week from 6am -8pm. You can definitely get an appointment that fits your schedule. I went in to fix a tooth and a crown. Dr Inouye and Josh were awesome.

I’ve been coming here for a few years now.I used to be afraid of going to the dentist prior to finding them. Ala Moana Dental has taken care of me when I’ve had both major and minor dental work. Everyone there has always been wonderful and welcoming.
I was scheduled for a cleaning over the holiday weekend and even though they were all working on a Sunday New Year’s Eve, they were all just as pleasant as could be.

In such short notice, they were able to take me in to see a doctor "On a Sunday!" Not many dentists are available on weekends during emergencies therefore I appreciate Ala Moana Dental Care and it's staff for being there. Aloha for everything

I have been coming to Ala Moana Dental Care for almost a year and have only had an excellent experience! Staff is friendly and knowledgeable, quick and efficient, and I’m always able to get in for a cleaning, the times are flexible for your schedule. I like that they open 7days a week and that they open early and close later than others, because I travel from the outer islands I try to schedule an appointment when I’m in town!!

My family and I took a 10 day vacation to Oahu, HI and the 2nd day we got here my tooth starting hurting. After a week it was unbearable. A day before we left (last night) I reached out to Ala Moana Dental and told them I had an emergency and needed to see a dentist. This was at 4pm and they gave me an appointment for 6am the next morning.

Immediately they took my insurance and paperwork. I saw Dr. Komenaka within 20 mins of arrival, they did some x-rays and determined that I needed root canal. Though I was hesitant I had already read the reviews and went with the plan. Dr. Komenaka completed the work in an hour. Best of all my pain is gone. They gave me antibiotics and some ibuprofen. But I could not be more pleased.

If you have a last minute emergency and you're in Honolulu, this is the place to trust! Their offices are clean, their staff professional, and they make you feel right at home. They're busy and they see lots of patients. But they make it work. I was in and out in less than 2hrs from paperwork to payment.

I’m using my husbands email, but today I got 3 back teeth extracted. It was aching a few days ago & my cheek started swelling. Anyways, the insurance I have is not in network with Ala Moana Dental Care but they provide in house insurance & were able to give me a good price. If I was rich, I would’ve gotten so much more done here. Though I could’ve gone somewhere that took my insurance, I felt more comfortable getting it done there due to bad experiences in other places. Ala Moana Dental Care is the only place my husband & I will ever go to for dental care. From the front staff to the ones in the back, exceptional. Appreciate you all.

Love Ala Moana Dental Care. All staff and hygienists are polite and professional. I've been with them for almost 10 years and will continue for the foreseeable future. They open early, which is a perfect way to beat the crowd or general busy hours. 5*s all around.

Good vibes. Same day service. No pressure. Straight and to the point. Fixed my cracked front tooth and i was on my way. I'm very satisfied with the service. Did a root canal therapy, took me in right away. Process was very good and now don't have any pain. It was a very friendly place and good atmosphere. Will go to them to do other dental work.

Not enough stars for the excellence and comfort of this practice. From the first interaction on the phone these folks are dedicated to serving their patients. I have a horrible dental phobia or I should say had. They resolved it and I'm looking forward to going back and having my remaining work done.

This dental practice is incredible! I appreciate how quick but thorough the process was for my cleaning. Marilyn did the cleaning and taught me a lot about effective flossing techniques. Also, thank you Kaylah for always being super kind and answering any admin questions I have with patience and understanding. You guys are awesome!

I had a dental emergency while in Port at Honolulu as a cruise passenger and found Ala Moana Dental Care. They were able to get me in very quickly and diagnose the problem. The doctor gave me my options and was very supportive in my decision. Every staff member I interacted with was friendly and helpful. It kinda makes me wish I lived in Honolulu so I could switch to Ala Moana for all my dental care!

Can't say enough about this incredibly efficient, kind and professional office. We had a dental emergency on vacation. A live person answered the phone immediately; they said absolutely, come in this afternoon. Then staff were just terrific when we got there and the dentist came up with a great solution to hold us til our return home for a more permanent fix. Just the best!

Open until 8pm daily is quite convenient and always able to get appointment. Validated parking in covered attached parking garage in busy Ala Moana shopping center area. Staff is professional and polite offering individual attention despite large office size. Recommend for dental care needs.

Had a dental issue that had been causing me daily pain for quite a while. On a Friday night I was able to schedule a new patient appointment for the following Saturday morning, and they had me taken care of and on my way within about an hour of arrival. They ran my insurance, and I only ended up needing to pay the tax for the services (about $35). Will definitely recommend them to my friends. 👍

Holy cow this was the best experience with a dental office I’ve ever had! I get my teeth cleaned regularly every six months and was looking for a new dentist because I recently moved here. I found this place on Google with great reviews and thought I’d give it a shot. Super glad I did! Everyone was so kind, helpful, and the whole process was quick and thorough. Will definitely be coming back!
