Dr. Yamamotoya is our family Doctor. She is kind, patient and caring. She takes time to explain about our health problems and goes over our medicine with us. She patiently answers questions making sure we understand exactly what's going on. She always tells us to call anytime if we need anything. Dr. Yamamotoya is the best Dr. And I am happy to say she is my family's Doctor. I know we are receiving excellent care. Thank you Dr. Yamamotoya...Her staff is friendly and helpful...

Always friendly and helpful. Nice convenient cafe/deli. Come a little early for Covid check in the lobby and the elevators can tend to fill up fast.

The staff is wonderful. The Queen’s Liver Center has moved to fifth floor. Suite 501.

Probably the best hospital for the general public, top heart ❤ doctors, great orthopedic physicians. Overall couldn't get better than this.

Terrible service. They would not answer the phone on my second call, hung up on me and gave stupid answers. I didn't know Hawaiians could act this bad.
