Ruth was fantastic! I just needed a dry cut but I don’t have a regular stylist. I requested anyone who had an opening and was assigned to Ruth. She may not have the years of experience that some do but you can tell she is a perfectionist and takes pride in her work. She was careful not to take too much off my length like I requested and was just an overall pleasant person. I’ll definitely be back.

What a wonderful business! The shop is a delightful little place, the inside is very deceiving from the outside of the place, and all the staff are so nice. Even as a walk-in I was taken care of right away. Jay cut my hair and was very pleasant, I can't wait for my hair to need another cut just for an excuse to go back!

I stopped by to try something bold with my hair. Everyone there is really kind and shared in the excitement in revealing the final result. They were very helpful when I had questions about how to keep the hairdo looking great. Thoroughly impressed and will definitely come back.

Hallie is amazing! Walked me through everything I wanted and made me feel very comfortable in asking for what I wanted changed or more or less of! Absolutely will be going back to her for future hair needs! 10/10!

I adore it here. Halie may not have years of experience but she has high standards for herself and a wonderful personality, and she did a fantastic job restoring my natural hair color with dye. That's not an easy task. A few extra steps needed to be added along the way with the help of another stylist but there's nothing wrong with that. Highly recommend and I will be returning.

This hair studio is the best I've been to! They have a wonderful staff, full of many talented people who seem to love their jobs!
Personally I've only been to one stylist, Amy Jackson, and she has done a great job with my hair each time I've been.
-Plus, being able to schedule my appointments has been great in the times we are currently living in

I felt SO good walking out of tanglez. All the stylists were friendly, and my stylist, Ruthanna did such a great job on my hair and my eyebrows.

I took my daughter here today for a last minute haircut. Brittany Lay was able to fit us in and we could not be any happier with our experience. She was going for a drastic new style and Brittany nailed it! What I loved the most is that she actually communicated with my daughter before, during and after the haircut to make sure she was giving her exactly what she wanted. We got out to the car and she said “from now on momma this is the only person we go to!” Thank you guys for providing a salon that doesn’t have a smug, unwelcoming feeling about it. Everyone was beyond friendly and the salon is absolutely gorgeous and clean! This is now the only place we will go to for our hair care needs. Thank you Brittany for being amazing.

I moved to Bowling Green about a year ago and tried Tanglez. The are fantastic! I have never had a bad experience. I love Julie, my stylist... she totally understands my vision when I want to try something new. My husband and daughter also are customers but each with a different Stylist......they are all great!

Rachel Miller did my hair today. Cut and color. I showed her 3 different pictures and the outcome was better than I imagined for myself. She picked the colors for me and they compliment my skin tone perfectly. It's been over a decade since I've had a truly talented hair stylist. I observed other hair stylists at work while I was sitting under the dryer and everyone seemed very talented. I won't go anywhere else. Thank you Rachel.

I got my hair done today my Rachel Miller. It was my first time at Tanglez, and it will NOT be my last! Rachel is awesome at her job and very professional and nice! My hair came out amazing and I’m more than happy! I definitely recommend!

Julie has been amazing! She did a perm, and then about a month later a blonde ombre color. My hair looks thicker and ready for summer. I'm so happy with it!

Julie is awesome! She fixed a bad haircut I received from another salon and I have since been back for coloring and another cut.
