I came here the other day, and it was an amazing experience! Making an appointment was easy over the phone. I got a warm welcome when I came in the door, and was immediately sat down. This salon is incredibly respectful of your time, and they will turn walk-ins away so the people who took the time to call ahead aren’t waiting. Also, the nail techs don’t rush to get your nails done because they know the salon doesn’t take walk-ins when they are booked. The nail techs seem very happy and are kind to you. On top of that they give you EXACTLY what you want. You show them an inspo picture and they match it! The salon is clean and well maintained, along with all LEGAL products. Nothing that will make your nails break off or be painful when your fake nails are removed. I specifically went to Nan (seat 8) and she was great, but I think any of the nail techs would do a good job. The prices are super reasonable for the quality of the nails you get. My set (shown in picture) was $60. I loved my experience here and will definitely be coming back!

I’ve been looking for a new regular nail place, since I started wearing acrylics again. I won’t be leaving Crystal Nails! Jason did an AMAZING job on them, they were so skillfully applied and there was minimal drilling- usually I am a little sore on my nails after a full set and o have had two full sets in five weeks since I’ve been looking for a long-term salon. Caty did my soak off and she was also exceptional- both technicians really took the time to clean up my cuticles and make sure everything was prepped, without just relying on the drill. Everyone was friendly, and I felt very welcome. I recommend them to anyone, for acrylic nails, and I will be getting a pedicure next time I go!

Amazing salon! Followed Katie from another salon, I will always trust her with my nails! But everyone here is always so friendly and welcoming and great at what they do!!

This was a random choice that I selected by the amount of stars on the reviews. I called the salon to check my morning opportunity and was invited in for an immediate scheduling. I landed Jason. As my first time here I was unsure of what to expect but I'm thrilled with the results, the excellent CS, and environment. This could be one of the best GelX applications I've gotten in this town. Not only that, Jason gave me some sound advice on my current nail bed and we discussed a maintenance plan that would take me from GelX to natural nails with dip.
Great experience and definitely worth the risk of trying a new salon.

When I walked in, I was automatically greeted with a warm greeting! They sat me down in my chair and catered to my needs! Jason helped me figure out the color and look I desired and immediately got to work! I really appreciate his attention to detail and care he had with my nails!

We have been going to Crystal for several months now. We enjoy the atmosphere—fun group of people that work there! Meme, Jason, Katie, and Nan are all amazing!

If you want the world’s best pedicure, GO SEE MEEMEE!! She’s amazing, funny, and a joy to be around! I had the honor of being her first nail client today and I couldn’t love my new nails more if I wanted to. She’s definitely got a lot of talent. 💕

I love going to crystal nails here in Bowling Green! One of the best nail shops here by far. All of the workers are very nice & work is fantastic! Especially Mee Mee’s work, she did a great job on my toes today & took her time making them look good.

Haley is the best. Have been there the first time. I am not a big talker, but we had a great conversation. My manicure was perfect and she was really caring. Happy New Year 🤩

I have never been to a better nail salon!! They took there time and made sure my experience was amazing!! I’m in love with there work and the way my nails turned out!!! 10/10 would definitely recommend and I will definitely be going there every time I need my nails done!

This is the first time I've ever had the ombre and I absolutely love it! Very friendly and welcoming environment. Katie is kind, funny, friendly, patient and does amazing work. Out of all the other nail salons in town, I will not go anywhere else. Thanks again Katie, your the best! 😊

It was my first time at Crystal Nails and I have to say I am incredibly impressed! From the time you walk in to the time you’re done the whole experience was great. We didn’t have much of a wait at 1 on a Friday. My mom & I both got pedicures & we both thought they were excellent. They turned out so wonderful, they take their time and Mimi was super nice! Will definitely be back!

Vee did a wonderful job. I had been looking for a new nail salon since moving to the area. This was my first time in. I called to get an appointment and they were able to fit me in. Usually, when the drill is used I get burnt but Vee had a gentle touch. I will definitely be making my next appointment with her.

Always have a great experience at Crystal Nail. Only place I go to now out of all the places here in town. Loved my pedi today. Ready for spring
