Arnold's Beach Bar

LOVE THIS PLACE! It's very cozy and friendly environment. The bartender is super friendly and accommodating. It's 4:09 here and very chill with a wonderful breeze. The bar is tucked away a bit. Very decorative and oh!! Free popcorn that actually taste just like movie theater popcorn! This place is a gem.

Perfect Tiki bar close to the beach and shopping. Drinks only $11. 00 compared to $20 plus elsewhere. Great Blue Hawaiian and Mai Tai.

Don't go for the food as there is very little but what's there is very good. The salsa is amazing 🤩. The service (Bre) was awesome. Drinks and atmosphere is awesome. Glad we checked it out while in Honolulu.

Great little gem close to the beach, our barmaid was awesome. She was knowledgeable and funny. We highly recommend the Mai Tai, it was delicious and fairly priced.

I'm hesitant to let the secret out about how awesome this tiny little place is, but yeah, we'll be going to Arnold's on EVERY subsequent visit to Oahu in the future. The drinks are out of this world delicious and super reasonably priced. By comparison, we each had a Mai Tai the day before at the famous Mai Tai Sheraton (at $21 each), but the Mai Tai at Arnold's was just as good, if not better, and it was only $10! The food offerings here are pretty much nonexistent, so don't expect much with that. But yeah, the atmosphere, friendly vibes, and flawless drinks are what makes this tiny little place a hidden gem in Waikiki. We LOVE it!

This was a great find! The prices are wonderful. The drinks are great and the Portuguese dog was so good!

Not classic tiki, but quite nice. Drinks are better than most in the local area. It's a small place, no air-conditioning and there is a small patio area. It has enough tiki to meet the criteria. Beer and cocktails, with a few tiki drinks. I like the vibe and the atmosphere. I bought a tank top...so cute. Prices are some of the best around, for everything.

In this materialistic hell of macys, jimmy-chu, Tommy Bahamas, and Luis vitton- Arnold’s is a haven of friendly faces, great service and chill vibes. Do yourself a favor- go to Arnold’s!

This place is a true hidden gem in Honolulu. It has a true Tiki bar feel (dive bar, but not scary). I will come here every time I'm in Honolulu.

A quirky little bar. Great happy hour prices. We stopped for a quick drink which we had in the little courtyard. Not a big place, but had a great atmosphere.

Bartenders are personable and super friendly. I absolutely enjoyed myself. First time in Waikiki and I am glad I came across this special establishment. Everyone should come here and have this experience. The music is great she diverse. The crowd is super random. I did not try the food. Next time for sure.

Pretty cool little dive'ish bar. Fair priced for location and great pour compared to most bars on the beach. Friendly staff and live music. I went on a Monday at 630pm.

As others have said, there is no true 'happy hour'. It is basically $1 off just about anything on the menu.

They also no longer serve food besides hot dogs and chili dogs.

Had a really good experience here. A nice little hidden gem tucked away in plain sight. (I actually expected this bar to be ON the beach from the name, but it's just about a block away from Fort DeRussey beach). Service was great - the bartender was friendly, funny, and VERY efficient to have the whole bar/floor to herself! The aesthetic of the restaurant is a cool beachy vibe. They also had a popcorn machine w/ popcorn you could go over, grab, and snack on! A really nice and unique added touch.

Great environment and friendly staff, very close to the beach with a surf shak kinda vibe. This place made me feel like I was at my local bar back home. The drinks were very tasty and reasonably priced, probably the best Mai Tai I've ever had. They even had live music Saturday night. This was my go to spot after I found it and will be my hang out whenever I'm visiting Waikiki.

Depends on what you like. I like the small hidden gems with good atmosphere great service and at a reasonable prices. This is the place.

A friend recommended this place and it couldn't' be any better than it is. Super charming and comfy. Fantastic prices and great selection. Top notch service. There was a musician playing on the first night I stopped-in and he was phenomenal. Met some locals and had a great time chatting with them and learning more about the island.

10/10 - highly recommend. Just don't tell anyone else, because I want to keep it as a hidden gem. :-)
